Location was perfect for walking about the Alfama, to restaurants and other sites. Access was good and the staff was super-helpful. Fresh continental breakfast provided in apartment daily. Apartments were immaculately kept, roomy, frankly better than even expected. Check-in staff went beyond in being helpful, even called our home in U.S. before trip to manage some details directly. Heads-up that entrance door is on a very steep hill/sidewalk, might be an issue for some travelers. Frankly, we would live in Lisbon if we could have the Lisboans as our home.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is located very conveniently closed to restaurants and points of interest. The appliances provided were easy to use but included a QR code to download user guides. The pastries and bread offered was great. It will alternate between croissants and pasteis de Nata. It will always include bread rolls. You always had coffee, tea, yogurt, ham, cheese. fruits and granola available in your room at all times. Will book again if going back to Lisboa. Thanks for everything!
