The staff was extremely friendly. The space is beautiful and amenities are great. Very comfortable bed. Pillows amazing. Very good. Just know that you are responsible for your own garbage, exchanging towels etc.but that’s not a criticism. There’s also a laundry mat in the same hotel. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

Close to Tram B stop & Cité du Vin. Reception staff very kind. The room was very clean & comfortable. Kitchenette well furnished. Lighting good, including bathroom. Roomy closet. Many receptacles for plugging in cords. Breakfast options very good. Wish I had been told at check-in there were OUTSIDE shades to block the streetlights at night (& sun at times during the day) because curtains are partially sheer. I didn’t know until I saw the outer blinds from the outside of the building when I was waiting outside the hotel for my Uber to the airport on a morning the sun was shining on the front of the building & some people had them down. I never saw a control for this inside of my room. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Conveniently located near transportation to get you pretty much anywhere that is not walkable. Very nice and pleasant staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Helpful and courteous staff, clean room, good location for Cité du Vin and 10 mins on the tram to city centre. Some traffic noise and lights but better once we found the roller blind !

Very close to Cité du Vin…quite a walk to all other sites though… parking was a challenge even for a small car but doable if you are experienced in such…very nice apartment to give privacy and peace for guests…breakfast buffet was good….
