Great hotel, amazing staff. The apartments are huge and comfortable, and everyone is great with customers. Special mention to Aurelia at the front desk, she always went above and beyond to help us, I hope she gets a raise soon, well deserved.

Lovely mid-century property and furniture, spacious well proportioned room and balcony, well decorated common area, wonderful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Repair of the mechanical shutter was prompt, efficient and clean. One complaint is the one-time leak from Aircon.

The property was a hotel apartment. It had exactly what I filtered as a necessity for my trip, which was a kitchenette and a pool. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking and utensils needed. Had a huge balcony. Everything was super clean. Only downfall (and because we weren’t used to it) was the shower wasn’t completely closed shower so we had a mess every night. The hotel doesn’t do nightly cleaning as others do since this is a hotel apartment, not sure if that was mentioned anywhere. Also the pool needed to be reserved for a 2hr slot.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a 13yr old and 16 yr old for three nights. Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Great pool and amazing breakfast, the apartment was a lovely space with good air conditioning to relax in after our busy days in Rome. The location is perfect right next to a train station and it takes about 25 mins to get into the centre of Rome. There is an excellent restaurant right next door in case you don’t want to go into Rome one evening. The only thing to improve would be if someone had made the pull out beds, we were told we had to make it ourselves - they are perfectly sufficient but we were not given any instructions and we only worked out how it should be on night three. The initial check in staff we not very helpful and took extra holding money but this was resolved with more experienced staff the next day.

Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place. Hard to say if this is good place or not.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the room is spacious enough for a family. There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. The only drawback is that the room temperature is a bit cold, especially since we are visiting Rome at the end of December.
