The hotel was okay. They offered a "free crib" howver attempted to charge us $35 a day even though it stated free and it was a "pack n play" not an actual baby crib. Also, they charge a "cleaning fee". Parking is limited and is contingent upon availability and or street parking is free.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.

Double charged for a room.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. It has a very poor and slow service. They also do have problems with english but this wasn’t the main problem during my stay in May. Below is my story. I have reserved the apartment at LHP with prepayment option at hotels.com. At the checkin the hotel charged me for the apartment again and said that hotels.com has just blocked money on my card. As a result I was double charged for the apartment. After a few mails there and back (hotels.com was also involved), LHP has confirmed that they made a mistake but till now I don't have MY money back. I sent them my bank details about 40 days ago. Don't go there. Find a different place.

Apartamento impecável em excelente localização

Simplesmente maravilhosa nossa estadia. Estivemos hospedados em dois casais. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, tem três dormitórios, recentemente renovado, limpo e arejado é bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. O check in é feito em outra localidade, no Hotel LHP HOTEL SANTA MARGHERITA PALACE, um excelente 5 estrelas que administra a locação do apartamento. Fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção do hotel, onde nos disponibilizaram um funcionário para nos guiar até o apartamento. Excelente apartamento, fizemos até um jantar pois tinha todos os utensílios necessários. Serviço de suporte do hotel excelente, é possível até pedir refeições servidas pelo hotel no apartamento.

Belle décoration

Très bel appartement à la décoration soignée. Propre, ménage fait 1 jour sur 2. Bien équipé. Un bémol sur la literie un peu trop molle à notre goût et les environs un peu bruyante du fait de la voie ferrée voisine et de la rue devant l'immeuble. Une meilleure insonorisation serait bienvenue. Néanmoins séjour agréable, appartement à 5 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage.

Bright, spacious aparment.

Enjoyed the extra space and the overall apartment experience. Hotel staff were helpful and available, tho we were very much away from the main hotel. We loved SML and everything was a short walk from the apartment. It was very clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and eating b'fast that we picked up. One small item is that the beds are very firm. Of course, we did so much each day I could have slept anywhere.

Chic apartment in good location

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 couples. Very chic and clean and a short walk to the beach and ferry. Check in was at the hotel where staff were very helpful, but the check in arrangements weren't explained at time of booking. But hotel contacted us before arrival, so no problems.

Fantastic hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel in a super location. We stayed in one of the apartments which was great and used the hotel facilities. Staff are first class.
