I LOVED this hotel. It had charm, was clean, safe, quiet and so easy to find help when needed. The locked gate was great and with doorbell the helper opened quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Casa Moctezuma is like a private oasis in the middle of the noise of Mexico City's oldest and most cultured neighborhood: Coyoacan. The service at the boutique hotel is impeccable and the daily cooked to order breakfasts make going out in the afternoon a breeze. It is two blocks from the eastern edge of the main plaza and has a historic, quaint feel. The area is safe and clean, relative to being a mere 10 minute walk from the Frida Kahlo museum. This was our family's second stay at the hacienda style hotel and we will be back again due to the room, service and location.

We had a great stay and would stay again. We were surprised by how busy Coyoacan is for Dia de los Muertos, but Casa Moctezuma was a refuge!
