We had an excellent stay here. Friendly and easy communication, and the accomodation was perfect for a holiday base. The view from the balcony out to the sea was outstanding and gave a very special something extra to the stay.

Βρεθήκαμε εκεί πριν λίγες ημέρες, η άφιξη μας στο villa cavo marathia έγινε γύρω στις 3 το μεσημέρι όπου δεν υπήρχε κανείς για το check in παρά μόνο οι υπεύθυνοι είχαν αφήσει τα κλειδιά του δωματίου έξω από τη reception μαζί με οδηγίες για το κατάλυμα και πληροφορίες για το νησί (γενικότερα μετά τις 2 το μεσημέρι δεν υπήρχε κανείς στο ξενοδοχείο). Μέτρια καθαριότητα, οι πετσέτες αλλάχθηκαν μία φορά μέσα σε μία εβδομάδα, τα σεντόνια καμία, ενώ κατά ττην άφιξη μας στο δωμάτιο παρατηρήσαμε να υπάρχει πεταμένο σε μία γωνία εισητήριο από τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους το οποίο παρέμεινε στο ίδιο σημείο μέχρι και την αποχώρηση μας πράγμα του σημαίνει ελλιπής καθαριότητα. Το πρωινό ιδιαίτερα φτωχό για 12 ευρώ το άτομο που κόστιζε, ο δρόμος προς το ξενοδοχείο πολύ κακός. Να σημειωθεί πως η απόσταση για τη Ζάκυνθο είναι περίπου 35 λεπτά. Στα θετικά η πολύ όμορφη θέα. Στις παροχές το δωματίου αναφέρεται πως υπάρχει wifi το οποίο όμως δεν είχε σήμα στο δωμάτιο παρά μόνο στο μπαλκόνι, όταν ενημερώσαμε γι αυτό μας είπαν πως θα διορθωθεί κάτι το οποίο δεν έγινε.

Little paradise in the south part of Zante

Stayed for 16 days in this accomodation. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Rooms were clean and maintained every day. The view from your balcony is breathtaking. Nice small pool with sunbeds.

This hotel is in a good location. It is NOT a 4-star property. Beds are at best 15 years old, thin mattresses, inconsistent hot water, 10 year old towels (which they do not replace everyday), thin walls (get ready to hear EVERYTHING), and very basic facilities. This would be a nice 2.5 star property.

Hidden gem on the hillside!

A wonderful stay as part of our honeymoon on Zante. Our hosts were gracious and accommodating to our late arrival time. The view from our suite was amazing...we loved being able to see the water from our balcony. A short walk to two fantastic tavernas...great place to spend a few days.
