perfect stay for a group. very big space

Best location ever! the staff were great, can converse well in english. they were also kind enough to arrange a private shuttle to service us to go to Pattaya for a day tour. very accessible to all you need! just a few steps away to a train station.

A good size of self contained unit, close to transport hub and shopping mall but not too close to be noisy (3-5 minutes walk), staff are very friendly & helpful, if the owner decided to spend a bit on renovation, I would give a 4 Star rating.

Spacious and comfortable beds. Very convenient location, close to the public transportation and shopping mall. I wish that free coffee/tea were provided in the room since the lobby does not brew coffee till 8am. I did not like taking out my own trash.
