Needed to call a phone number upon arrival and wait 30 minutes for a “code” to check in. Doors in hotel room don’t lock. This is an amateur show that should be avoided. Room was okay and it was cheap so if you’re okay with a crazy check in process and unlocked room then not the worst.

We were disappointed from the start. It took 30+ minutes to check in. We booked a room with two Queen beds. When we checked in, we were told that they gave away all the rooms with queen beds. We paid more for that room and no compensation was provided. The security is sketchy at best. The same code works for every room. We realized this when we accidently went the wrong room. We did not feel safe at all. The room had a light with broken glass sticking out. It also had a very dirty bathroom.

We loved our stay in this hotel, the staff were so friendly and approachable and the room had everything we needed for a few nights stay. We were thankful for the lockers at reception as they were great for our final day. Thank you for having us.
