Quiet clean apartment right on the river walk. Location is in a good location, directly across from Las Olas Blvd. It’s a short walk either via the tunnel or the 3rd Ave bridge. Had a full kitchen. They don’t provide any coffee, salt, pepper if you’re planning on cooking.

The property is very conveniently located, very close to Las Olas Boulevard and at New River. It’s ample enough for four people. However it would be nice to improve the furniture as well as the kitchen equipment and ware. The bathrooms are outdated and could be a little more modern.

The building is dated; however, it was especially clean, spacious and organized. The staff at RocketStay were very responsive and considerate of concerns raised during our stay. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit to finish laundry before returning home.

The location is excellent, right on the canal and very close to everything. We liked the amenities, we had everything needed for our stay. Staff (Jason) was very friendly and responsive, checking often if we needed anything to make our stay comfortable. We definitely would like to stay again at this property.

The hotel was not clean at all and did not resemble the pictures. Very dark and not lit at all in the outside. The bathtub was disgusting and the knob fell off when I went to go turn the shower on.
