This hotel is brilliant: just steps from the train station and tram stops, two grocery stores and eating places. We stayed in a real neighbourhood of friendly people. The view of the vicinity particularly in a golden November was priceless. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was friendly and prompt. The only trouble we had was with the bed which had one side flushed against the wall, making it difficult for the one on the side of the wall to get in and out of bed.

A little hike from the city, but well connected!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and related information. I was initially nervous about the lack of a 24h reception desk, as I had a late flight into Berlin, but the instructions before arrival were clear and check-in was super easy. Would stay again!

Great property , the property offers alot to be able to live for a short duration, it is in a amazing location and very friendly local people. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. We arrived late at night, and the self checkin was very easy and fast. The steps were clearly communicated beforehand through email and whatsapp. The location is very convenient, next to a train station that goes to city center and a free car parking (P R Karlshorst).

Mostly this place was a nice place to stay. The S stain entrance is right next to the building and the tram drops off in front of it, so public transportation was great. If you plan to do laundry do so at your own risk, the dryer did not work and of course the front desk didn’t care because they are leased and do not own them. As a business you should know that if it’s in your building it reflects on you. Provide a working service or don’t provide one. That was my only issue, the coffee shop was nice to have in the morning and the access to public transportation were great. Also it was very safe with the key card system.
