Accoglienza ottima, con tutte le informazioni necessarie per avviarsi alla visita della città. L’albergo personalmente mi è piaciuto per la semplicità. La reception fa orario tipo ufficio ma non c’è nessun problema perché eventualmente si può chiamare se c’è ne fosse bisogno. La camera un po piccolina ma dotata di tutti i comfort è sempre stata risistemata. Ci siamo trovati bene, la posizione è ottima a due passi dal Colosseo e alla metropolitana.

pessima esperienza

Pessimo odore in camera, che peggiorava con l’aria condizionata. Camera buia, nel bagno lo scarico del lavandino non funzionava e quindi si riempiva e in più l’acqua dal rubinetto scendeva con il contagocce. Colazione pessima, e anche sporca.

It was ok for our short stay, nowhere to sit and have a nice drink, and no staff after 6pm. Also when booked checking out time was 11am, the morning we were leaving we were told we had to be out of the room by 9am.

The air conditioning did NOT work and we were 3 adults in a small 4 by 4 room getting suffocated. The temperature in Rome was 85 degrees and there was nobody to contact at reception after 3 pm on a Friday. I kept sending emails to the employees about the issue, but nobody responds back despite having sent multiple emails outlining our issues!!!

Toll gelegen, sehr nah am Colloseum. Tolles Personal, süße und autentische Zimmer. Leider war das Bad und die Tagesdecke ziemlich schmutzig. Sehr gut waren die Smart-TV. So konnte man nach nem anstrengenden Tag seine liebsten Netflix-Serien schauen.

Buena experiencia.

Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de todas las ruinas. Metro cerca. Linda zona. Bares y cafes por doquier. Buena cama y limpieza. Muy buena atencion por los empleados. Nos ayudaron mucho, en particular Cristina. La habitacion es un poco chica y la ducha también. Algunas fotos vistas en las pag. Web no coinciden con la habitación.

Good stay in Rome

Great location and very friendly (Guisy) staff, nice clean rooms and European breakfast. The only negative is that they don’t have ice but a bar just down the street was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Sin agua fría

En Roma con un calor horrible y en la habitacion no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado y por algún razón no teníamos agua fría y solo salía caliente. Nos quejamos al personal del hotel y nos dijeron que en unas horas intentarían arreglar el problema, así que dejamos las maletas en la habitación y salimos a dar un paseo. Cuando llegamos de nuevo el problema seguí estando...no había quien lo arreglará y nos dijeron que al día siguiente lo arreglarían. Llegamos a la 13:00 de la tarde y volvimos sobre las 19:00 de la tarde y no tenían a nadie que lo arreglara un Lunes...no podía entender que en un hotel se estropee algo, y no tenga quién lo arregle. Nos fuimos del hotel porque no se podía pasar la noche en al habitación...una noche nos salía unos 80€ y sin agua fria, no teniamos el aire acondicionado en condiciones...que es lo mínimo! No nos gustó el trato recibido de parte del personal que se encontraba en esos momentos. Luego fueron diciendo que nos habíamos ido del hotel porque no nos gustó la habitación...y no es cierto! Lo que no nos gusto, fue que no teníamos lo ensencial en Roma, (agua fría para bañarse y aire acondicionado), ya que hacía muchísimo calor.

Wouldn't stay here again

Firstly the good things about the hotel: 1) the location - it is very close to the Colosseum and Rome Forums. I was using the hop on hop off bus so could easily walk to the Colosseum stop. It's also only a 30min walk to the Termini station 2) I was very impressed with how powerful it was and that I could have a nice warm shower Now for the bad things 1) the walls are far too thin. I had to listen to the couple in the room next to me have s€x. 2) the temperature of the room. I had come back in the evening to find my room too warm. I put the air conditioning on while I went nearby for some food. I came back to find my room a sauna. I went to reception to complain but was told that there was only 1 temperature for the entire building and some people had asked for the heating to be turned on. Would someone really ask for it to be 26C?! I don't understand why I had an air conditioning unit and was able to set the temperature if actually it was going to ignore that and just heat my room to the building temperature. You can't really advertise air conditioning when you have as is and 1 other setting - could be warm, could be cold. 3) no daylight in the room. This was quite welcoming on the first morning as I had a lie in but I would have liked some daylight. I had shutters on my window that didn't open. 4) the shower is tiny. I'm not the biggest person but I kept managing to open the shower doors when I tried to move around I definitely wouldn't stay here again

Host was great! Very friendly! Breakfast was just croissants and coffee/juice but free so no complaints there. Location is close to the Colosseum, in walking distance. Taxi station also nearby.

Great little gem

The hotel was small and comfy. It could have needed a deep clean and new fresh bed covers but the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I would return in a heartbeat!

Bom!!!

Localização é ótima, próximo ao Coliseo, restaurantes, Carrefour, estação de trem e ônibus. Inconveniente: box do banheiro não dá nem para você se virar, não entendi o motivo de ser tão pequeno. Outro foi que pedi para recepcionista imprimir um voucher de hotel e o dono do hotel pegou para grifar e leu todo conteúdo, não foi legal. Recomendo o hotel!!!
