An excellent spot that we wish we had more time at. Great room, great staff. A little tricky to drive to, but we took advantage of the valet parking so that we avoided any hassles with the car. I would definitely stay here again.

The reception workers are extremely helpful and kind- offering lots of suggestions and tips. The hotel is spread out with some small apartments with kitchenettes and washing machines (very helpful!) Great location in the city- easy to walk to lots of areas.

Check in process was super easy. We got there early and were able to leave our bags prior to being able to get into our rooms so we didn’t have to carry them around the city. The property was beautiful. I would recommend staying here!

A wonderful place to stay in Ortigia. The room was excellent, the atmosphere throughout the property was unique, and the rooftop garden was a lovely place to relax. The house itself is full of cinematic history and character, making the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.

Our first room had a problem with the air conditioning and they graciously provided an alternative. We checked in with an extra guest and they accommodated us. Then the host helped our daughter find transportation to the airport. I erroneously had us checking out one day early and they were able to add an extra day for us. I cannot say enough about Gabriella and her excellent English and absolute kindness. We gave this hotel every chance to make this trip stressful but they were not having it! 10/10!
