The apartment was really well laid out with lots of extras we weren't expecting. Plenty cutlery, glasses and plates and all very clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. It's a great location too - just a short walk to the old town. Our check-in and check-out was very smooth, very polite and we were glad to store baggage on check out so we could make the most of a morning before our train. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

We stayed for two nights, the aparthotel is VERY basic and rudimentary. The aircon was pretty much useless and you have to make up children’s beds yourself.

The hotel is in an excellent location, tucked away and in easy walking distance from the train station/ bus station. You can get to the centre of town and the lake in 10 mins. The staff were nice people and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. There is a supermarket round the corner for provisions. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and clean apartments. However the air conditioning was turned off during our stay which cause a panic specially when travelling with toddlers. Afternoon was 30°C and above which made our stay uncomfortable

AC doesn’t go lower than 26C, which made it very hard to sleep 4 people in the room during the heat wave. The bathroom was awful, old and not clean at all. The toilet was separated in a claustrophobic small room. I would never stay here again. Only good thing was the location close to the old town and the parking possibilities.

Parking was a bit stressful, when you arrive you are supposed to phone a number to get the entrance code - not possible if you don't have a French operating phone. The entrance was also tiny and a little tricky to navigate. Plenty of space in the room itself but it was a little run down and didn't look like the photos. Loved the free coffee and hot chocolate downstairs though :) overall a pleasant stay and brilliant location.
