We booked this room last minute due to our place not being ready on time. The check in process was simple. Pulling into the parking lot and finding the room was easy. The room was very clean and in very good shape. Only issue was a noisy toilet, and we could have called on it, but we were only staying 2 nights. Long Beach resort is very nice and the pools are awesome. We would definitely come back again.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Only good thing about this Room was the view. Other then that, the carpet in the living room was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Its rippled in some places. The whole place needs a deep clean. Cupboards are worn, front of fridge has rust spots as well the stove. Not happy about the amount of money I spent and get a dirty rental.
