We booked through you you gave us a hotel that was a COVID-19 mandated motel that should’ve not have been on your webpage this was leaving us with nowhere to stay
Liked its close proximity to the Boardwalk and the beach. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. Did not like the condition of the room: broken tiles, shoddy paint jobs, caulking jobs, door didn't close w/o slamming, no TV remote in room. When my husband went to the desk to request one, the person raided another room, gave him a remote, which didn't work because it may have been programmed for the TV of the room from which it came.

Last minute needed a room for the night.
Our stay was pleasant. The place is being remodeled so things do show their age. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. We were told under new owner/ management... place being remodeled so I understand some of the appearance of being in need of update. Good value for location and hope to visit again after remodel is complete.
When we first entered the room, I could already smell the huge amount of air wick they used to cover up the unpleasant smell of the room and we could also notice the huge amount of trash, the dried up gum, and the black stains that were on the carpet because it had not been vacuumed or cleaned at all. We then noticed a part of the bathroom floor sinked into the ground also noticing the rust on the bar that was holding the shower curtain. The fridge and the AC/Heater did not function as it should. The curtains that blocked the sunlight, were broken. The room was also lacking to have a smoke detector and you can also see wires dangling from the roof as you walked in. The heater on the pool that was outside didnt not work, making the water in it freezing. Lastly the wallpaper on the wall behind the bed was falling off and there was only one light we could use. On top of all they said these words " there was a problem with you card" we charged double.... ???? They blamed my card to get charged twiced... I totalty disapointed.
It seams like management, does not care about the property. This is not my first time staying here, but it will be my last one. They are no investing or reinvesting in the property. the bathtub in the room that I stayed was in horrible condition. The room smelled and had to open the window, the glass from the window was cracked. And by the way, the swimming pool is not indoors. It is open. Too bad, because the location of this place is excellent.
Pool is not indoor. It is open to the sky. Not a winter option. Room was not cleaned. Not in good repair. Photos on a different device. Will upload later if I can.
Checked in. Left for dinner. Came back and spent an hour trying to make the best of it. Couldn't. Supposed to be a fun long weekend getaway.
Checked out after an hour. The front desk was not accommodating. Offered part of one nights stay as a refund We'd paid up front for three.
We found another place to stay. Salvaged the trip.
Still trying to get our money back.

Alt, geräumig, gut aber kein Frühstück
Gutes, aber älteres Hotel. Grosse Zimmer.
Black mold growing in room. Cigarette butts behind tv stand. Booked for three night and left after first night. No refund was told they were booked and they couldn’t move my room. Literal health hazard. I will be reporting them to the health inspector. Manager not on duty and never called me back.
Very disappointing - asked for handicapped bathroom and they said they didn't have one. Told me our room was a queen room and it was double bed. The next day I complained and got a king with handicapped bathroom but had to pay an additional amount of $12.00 for it. It was not as advertised! Advertised breakfast included but No breakfast, only coffee and apple juice. Very disappointed!!!!
Dirty broken furniture coffee area disgusting stuff not friendly

Beware large construction project going on at property next to hotel. Only accept rooms on the west side of hotel. Probably project will be going on for about a year from November 2019.
Easy parking.
Very small negative item but it is unacceptable to have a light fixture without a lamp shade.

Convenience is the only reason why I’d stay here again! They allow pets but it’s obvious that the room has been previously damaged by previous guest pets. The floor laminates were chewed up, and the corners of most of the walls have residual staining from urine. Most edges of the walls especially in the bathrooms have some sort of cracking and mold. Our AC unit in 101 needs to seriously be replaced or get maintenance. When turned on, it makes a disturbing rattling and pounding noise. Luckily it was a colder stay there so we didn’t really need it. Surprisingly the room did not have a stench; the beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were up to par! It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel but there weren’t cockroaches or rats in the walls so I’d stay again in a quick pinch if necessary.
