The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The room was very small, with only a skylight (no windows), so if you book here, be prepared for that, and also, all the rooms are upstairs, with no lift. But the staff do their utmost to ensure that your stay is a good one.

Great location with laundry facilities on site. Irean and Rizza and the concierge team extremely responsive to communicate with over WhatsApp. Cleanliness could be improved upon in the finer details but overall comfortable and relaxing.

Good place to stay

The overall experience is quite good. The room is clean and comfortable. The subway and lots of resteraunts are nearby and could be reached by foot. The only downside is the location is closing to street and sometimes there is noise from cars or people passing by. It might be bothersome if you have trouble in sleep but luckily I am quite easy to fall in sleep.

Super customer service experience

This is my first time experience with Heritage Collection Hotel in Singapore and It was very pleasant and too tier experience thanks to Mary and Alosia. I am top tier level in 3 global brand hogels and two of them provide me with 1 to 1 concierge service but never experienced like what Mary and Alosia in Heritage Collection hotel provided me. I will definitely come back again when I visit city next time

Nice boutique hotel in a prime location. Self check-in and keyless entry via smartphone is a unique touch. (Make sure your phone doesn't run out of battery). Check-in process may be challenging for non tech-savvy guests but the team (Mary, Jarwin & Alosia) was diligent in making sure I understood the procedures well in advance. Room is clean with washing machines provided. Will be back again as it's convenient and close to the office.

Perfect location

I agree with the other reviews - the check-in process is excellent technology and is really cool, but has some quirks . That said, the people we interacted with on the Heritage staff were super excellent. We rented a room with a washer and dryer which do take up some precious space. If you don't need the washer/dryer, go for a room without (there are shared washing machines available anyway). There was no place to really put our luggage so we found ourselves moving it around constantly. Not a huge deal, just a little nuisance. But in the end, none of this really mattered - we had hot water, a fridge, a bed, air conditioning. And above all else, the location here is absolutely perfect. About a 3 minute walk to the MRT station and 3 minutes in the other direction to the Maxwell hawker center which is a MUST if you want good and very cheap food. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and I think the people before us had a ton of durian fruit in the fridge. The smell was...something. But as soon as we were in the room for like 30 seconds it kind of went away.

Good Stay

The room was located in a great central location: near to bus/ MRT stations + variety of food options as well! We booked the loft, which was smaller than we expected. However, the room was clean and cozy and our guest experience, Mary, was friendly and made the check-in process a smooth one. Being able to do our laundry was a plus point as well:) Overall, definitely a value-for-money stay and would consider coming back again!

The place has no receptionist but only communication by phone and keys are in a lockbox with a combination sent once you have made payments. Overall the stay has been great, the room I paid for has its own washer and dryer so it is very convenient for a long stay as you can do your own laundry. The location is the other end of Pagoda Street so if you a looking for good food at a cheap price just cross the street and walk to the other end of Pagoda Street.

1st Staycation in 2020 in Covid19 Era

We stayed at the loft unit, convenient location. Mary and Rid were friendly and helpful prior and during check in. Also the process to check in is easy and seamless, accomodating the safe distance measures implemented by the authorities. Just a feedback on the tv channels i.e. apple and netflix which did not really work as you need to pay to watch shows and that i needed to sign in to my account in netflix when i was there. Overall is a good stay. Love it

We wanted a staycation that was cozy, centralised and allowed us to do some light cooking (microwave/electric cooker) and i’m so glad we found this place! Overall a very pleasant stay, most of the things we needed were provided. The only issue was that the room’s ventilation/air circulation seems pretty bad. Moisture in the bathroom doesn’t seem to dry out as fast, it would take almost a whole day to dry. This caused the rest of the floor & even the walls in the rest of the room to be slightly damped. We’re not sure if it was coming from the bathroom or was it because it was raining. Either way, it was a little disgusting and it took awhile for the floors & walls to dry. Not sure if other rooms experienced the same thing or not but overall, a good experience for the location and price!

Cozy and comfortable, but get what you paid for

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even got a small care package midway through my stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (expect hard beds in Asia). It came with a TV with Netflix. My particular room was an interior room so there was no window, which made it feel a bit claustraphobic. At night there was the odd sound of footsteps above me and I could hear voices from other rooms through the ventilation shaft. But the room had everything I needed, including fridge, iron / board, desk for working, Wi-Fi. The location is good - it is just opposite the Chinatown food street with lots of restaurants or a Hawker center (outdoor food court).
