We booked a zen room but we were told that they did not know it was available online. We were asked to come back after two hours (check in time was supposed to be 2pm). We were given a different room and it was filthy - far from the zen room we booked.

The place was very dirty and in poor condition would never stay there again we use same name hotel in Dumaguete and it is very clean and nice. looks like the idea of using the same name hotel does not always work

A horror of a stay

Roaches, stained walls (spaghetti sauce? And coffee?) Hairballs on the floor from previous guests, rooms that were just out there by an open hall with no sound proofing. I checked out at 3am, just to avoid sleeping there again.

Great location and pleasent stay.

Currently the hotel had informed us that they having a change over when we check in but did not know that they gave us the room was a bad condition like the toliet had many black stains and it look very old condition. As for the room no provide fridge as stated have fridge. Also as for the air conditioner quite noisy in the night when very quiet or higher the fan mode. But overall it still a pleasent stay as the hotel locate very near to all shops and mall. Will stay there again when they completed their change over.

Unsatisfactory stay

It needs upgrading. The door is not secured. One can insert a credit card and it will open. There's a peephole on the door that the customer can be see from outside. The plumbing fixtures need upgrading. The shower stall has molds. I checked out the next day because I can't see myself using the bathroom and feeling not secured at all. The air conditioner finally got cold at 5am.

Negatief - WIFI only available in the hall.No replay or answer on my mail I sended more than 1 week ahead before arrival about car parking.Hotel need urgent repairs,cabines and drawers broken,bathroom dirty. Positief - Room very spacious.Very quit during the night. Aircondition very powerfull.

Clean, comfortable, quiet...

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Easy check-in and early check-in was allowed without an additional charge. Staff was friendly and efficient. Close to SM Mall and the new Ayala Mall. Will stay here again. Only drawback was no WiFi in room, only in lobby area.

Nice location and moneys wirth

We have a goid stay in check in hotel. Staff are nice and the room is well kept. What only disapoints us is the kitchen they serve greasy foods like their fried eggs.

Nice hotel and good service.

Stayed at this property several years ago. The venue has upgraded since then. The rooms are nicer, clean, good flat screen TVs, comfortable beds. Parking is a bit rough if you have a vehicle and not many toiletries. The first floor restaurant has improved the food and it's sanitation which is a plus. Across the street is H-cut see Bill about a good low cost hair cut. To the left down about two blocks is SM Mall but doesn't open until 10 am. The central city park is also a block away but not really noteworthy. A nice inn that's reasonable with friendly service. Print out your itinerary a worthless piece of paper but the front desk was way too excited about it. However service was good. Peace.

the comfort room is very dirty nobody assisted us to our room i thought bacolod is a city of smile but the hotel staff can't even give a smile to their guests aircondition doesn't even give a cold temperature even if the thermostat and coldness function is full
