We have stayed here three times and will always stay here!! Beautiful location, Lita is WONDERFUL and we always feel so safe and secluded!

The view was beautiful. Communication with the host was great. There was AC in both bedrooms, but none in the main part of the house. It did get hot, but they provided us with extra fans. The view was also beautiful, but we were on the side of the island with a bunch of seaweed.

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Beautiful private location that fronts a lovely beach. Nice to have a place to yourself and if the neighboring villa doesn't have outside lights turned on, there is excellent star gazing and solitude. Very good value for the price.

Would stay here again! Beautiful view and great location. Less than 10 minutes from Grace Bay. There was good communication throughout the entire process and the cleaning ladies were so sweet!

Perfect secluded hotel

Friendly and easy going staff that tended to alll our needs and requests. Love the secluded area from the rest of the busy parts of the island. The price was also decent compared to most hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome everything you need for your stay down to seasoning for your food and a washing machine for free everything is 8 minutes away I would rent a car and you have a beach right outside and the view is unreal

Lovely location for my wife and 4 year old. Peaceful and quiet part of the beach. We loved the ease to access the beach and having it so close. It was also lovely to watch the sunrise over the ocean each morning. A great value!

The location was spectaculal; right on the beach. The actual structure we stayed in was in need of some routine maintenance; for instance duct tape on the bathtub, exposed wiring, and the bed was terrible. Really simple little things to fix, which destacter from our experience. Also, the location shown on the map was not the location of the actual property. We found it using the address, not the location represented on the map. The support staff was absolutely spectacular and responsive to our needs. Overall, we're glad we went, but we're surprised of the neglected conditional of the property.

The location was good, you will need a car. It was spacious, clean. The view of the ocean was astounding! You walk out of the villa and the ocean is outside of the door. The housekeeper Leetha(sp), is incredible!!
