Wake up to your Swiss Alps Paradise !

Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!

Great lodging, perfect for families/ self-catering

Overlook Lodge is apartment-style lodging : no front desk, and not serviced daily; my flat had a living room with balcony, and a full kitchen. It's very comfortable and extremely well-situated for skiing; you have a ~5 min walk up the hill to get to an elevator that takes you directly to the Zermatt - Sunnegga furnicular. The elevator is also exactly where the piste #1 ends. You also get a direct view of the Matterhorn from many of the rooms (see photo - this was literally the view out of my living room). There is laundry on site and per-room secured ski gear storage with plenty of boot and glove dryers.

Nice view for Matterhorn

The view from the room facing Matterhorn is fantastic. The pick up service from the train terminal save us the hassle of lugging our luggage bag up the steep slope. They also provide transport to the train station. Overall stay was pleasing! 👍

Overall this place ROCKS!

The view of the Matterhorn is amazing from this property. We stayed in the studio room and the view from our patio/room was fantastic. The decor has a fresh, clean, and welcoming feel to it. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. The bathroom is huge and includes a massive shower with separate tub. The bed was hard/uncomfortable for me but my husband slept fine. The only downside I really saw for this property (and now that I know what to do it wouldn't be an issue) was check in. The property people will send you an email with the check in details and codes but they literally sent it about 20 mins before check in. That's ok, but I think they should send it out earlier or at least send something the day before saying you will get instructions tomorrow. It might just be me but I have anxiety anyway so not knowing what to expect is uncomfortable. Also, mine went to junk mail and when I didn't see anything I tried to call but the office was closed that day. Part of the issue is that the entrance is not view able when you walk up to the property. You are on a small cobble path/road and you come up to the house and see a gate. You must walk past this gate and keep going up and around the corner to the entrance. It would be easy to avoid confusion by putting a sign on the gate that says "entrance" with an arrow so that you know to keep walking up and around. Once I found the entrance and email we were good. This place also has laundry which was nice.

Stunning view, but not easy to access. Recommend to book a taxi before arriving at station. Nice fully equipped kitchen, nice Molton Brown amenity. Modern and tidy room. Really want to visit this hotel again.

Fantastische Aussicht, sehr geräumige Zimmer, Kuche und Wohnzimmer, gute Lage zu den Bergbahnen. Ideal für Wanderer und Skifahrer. 위치는 체르마트역과 상당히 떨어져있지만 롯지에서 픽업해줘서 별로 불편함이 없었다. 청결도, 구비된 시설이 만족스러웠고 마치 내 집처럼 편했으며 담에 또 찾고싶은 곳이다.

Amazing. Wake to a beautiful Matterhorn view. Service was 5 star concierge with pick up and drop off at the train. Dinner reservation made wee perfect. The Penthouse, 805 was gorgeous.

완벽한 뷰! 너무 좋은 시설!

너무 좋았습니다! 체크인 과정이 직접 전화를 해야해서 어려움이 있었지만 숙소가 너무 좋아서 그 런것들은 문제가 되지 않습니다! 역에서 숙소까지 오는길이 오르막이라 힘들게 걸어올라왔는데 아마 미리 이야기 하면 역으로 데리러 와 주는 것 같았어요. 갈때는 차로 데려다 주셨습니다. 세탁실도 있어서 유료로 사용할 수 있었고, 침대와 침구도 너무 편했고, 방에서 보이는 마테호른은 정말 최고였습니다! 도착해서 짐도 안풀고 사진부터 찍었습니다. 주방에 식기도 완벽히 구비되어 있었고 커피머신과 커피도 넉넉히 준비되어 있어서 마테호른을 보면서 여유롭게 커피도 마셨습니다. 이 숙소때문에라도 또 가고싶은 마음입니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 와이파이가 계속 끊겨서 다시 연결해야 한다는것!

En fantastisk lägenhet med panoramafönster mot Matterhorn, direkt från den underbara Hästens sängen. Vi blev hämtade med taxi från tågstationen vilket ingick i priset. Trots att hotellet är obemannat, så var in- och utcheckning mycket enkelt.

非常棒的住宿體驗，有接送服務，櫃台人員只到五點鐘，到達旅館前幾天要跟服務人員確認火車到達時間，會派計程車來接。旅館內各項設施一應具全，尤其是hastens的床讓我們愛不釋手，客廳跟房間都正對馬特洪峰，提供了絕佳的視野。旅館位於小山坡上，離CERVO ZERMATT不遠，入口不是很明顯，距離車站大約10~15分鐘腳程。

Enjoyable stay at Overlook

Nice and clean apartment! The mattress is super comfy, kitchenette is well equipped for those who would like to cook a simple meal. Enjoyed the beautiful unblocked view of Matterhorn from the living room and bedroom.
