The front desk and people who run the hotel were beyond rude and unkind- spiteful might I add. The standard apartment they offer, had mold and damages everywhere. Clearly could tell they lack upkeep and real hospitality training there. All around was an awful experience.

Great place to stay, relax and enjoy the village.very clean room, staff very attentive. Well equipped gym. Handy to have a convenience store on site especially the fresh croissants every morning. Would have rated excellent except we did not have any water for 24 hours. Would def8nitely return to this resort.

Beautiful setting with immaculate gardens and a high standard of cleanliness. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Restaurant and bar area was lovely next to the pool and the views across the river Arade from the balcony was perfect! Staff were all very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and return.

We’ve stayed here 3 times. The rooms are great, the pools are big and the pool area is cleaned each night. Plenty of parking and a short walk to the brilliant town. The breakfast is very well priced and a good selection. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Vitors Village is so convenient to the village of Ferragundo - a short five minute walk. The rooms are large and nicely outfitted for your stay. The staff is incredibly friendly.
