The apartment was cozy and cute. The whole building smelled like mold once you stepped in. The apartment smelled like mold as well. Great location for walking. Woods not recommend for anyone who cannot tolerate mold smell for a few days. Would not say here again.

My flight got cancelled, and the hotel a was staying at didn’t have any rooms to extend. So, I thought why not get something cheap by the beach. There’s a reason it’s cheap. The windows don’t close all the way, people constantly talking in front of the door, the mattress felt like it was made of concrete (and I sleep on a firm mattress at home). Well, anyways, this is the most sketchy hotel I’ve ever been to.

No hot water. A/c was broken. Bugs. I travel for a living. I have stayed in some pretty bad places. I had to leave after one night. A first for me.

A localização é excelênte, a melhor que já fiquei em Miami. Perto da região badalada de Miami Beach mas sem barulho. O prédio é praticamente na beira da praia, a saída dos fundos, onde tem a piscina, é praticamente na areia. O apartamento é antigo, mas amplo e bem ilumindado, apenas com um pequeno reparo no piso que deve ser feito. O banheiro é reformado e o imóvel e mobília estão em bom estado geral. A roupa de cama e toalhas são limpas, nótasse que o proprietário tem um cuidado todo especial com este quesito. Os corredores do prédio estão sempre limpos. Recomendo.

Die Wohnung habe ich nach einem Tag problemlos gewechselt da die Wohnung vollständig renovierungsbedürftigt ist. Sehr muffelig und Kondenswasser überall einfließt.

Questa struttura mi è stata assegnata o meglio imposta da Expedia, poichè quella che avevo prenotato, non mi rispondeva per come fare il checkin. Una topaia!! Forte odore di muffa, io sono allergica agli acari ho passato due giorni terribili. Il mobilio decadente, c'era la cucina ma mai utilizzata, perchè avevo la repulsione a toccare qualsiasi cosa. Il letto scomodissimo, se ci mettavamo per terra, forse si dormiva meglio! Rumori continui sopratutto dal corridoio. Mi hanno rovinato il soggiorno a Miami!! Con gli stessi soldi potevo andare in una struttura alberghiera più decente!! Grazie Expedia per questa terribile esperienza!!

The best thing I liked about this property was that the pool was somewhat heated. It is a short walking distance from many tourist festivities, and literally 1 minute from the beach. As far as unique ? There was a Huge mirror in the lobby when you first walk in. The part I didn’t like was the smell. Me & my friends tried to figure out what the smell reminded us of and by the end of the day it hit us ! It smells like wet animal. We brought many smell goods to try to freshen up the place , but that only made it smell like a better smelling wet animal if that makes sense ? I was over the situation and asked can I get a new room once my friend had seen bugs in the bathroom. The room was booked to accompany 4 , but only had 1 blanket which was a throw,

Great location and potential, shame property not taken care of. Broken WiFi, weak and cold shower, need for minor clean up/repair. Check in process as have to go 7 blocks away. Was also given wrong address: don’t go to 9th Street location even if instructed to

This apartment was not up to my standards i left this property early and found something better, the carpet and tub where dirty, its very outdated and the room looked nothing like the pictures which i had read on some previous reviews, i would say spend an extra 100$ and choose something else i will not stay at this property again it was a waste of mt money

The property was very close to the beach and a 6 min walk from everything. There was no hot water and the TV/remote did not work. There were rainy days during my trip and was forced to stay inside and wanted to watch a movie but couldn't get the TIvo to work. I did like that my unit was in the front of the building.

Modest apartment with great location

The location was excellent. Customerservice was via WhatsApp or message which is ok if someone would answer your questions or do something about the problems. Our WiFi didn’t work and the apartment also only had 2 chairs for 3 people. Views from the apartment was to the house next door but location was excellent, right at the beach and in the beginning of ocean drive with a lot of restaurants etc.

Right next to ocean. But no WiFi or cable in the unit and it’s very small around 200 square ft and you will get bunk bed if you request for 2 double beds and to collect key you have to go to the different location.

Rien de rien et Jamais plus je ne remettrais les pieds la bas. Chambre sale, porte cassser, chambre pas entretenu, photo mensongère ( pas du tout les chambre que j'avais réservé ). Aucune communication avec la réception ( réception qui se trouve à plusieurs block de l'appartement ). Il ma fallu une heure pour rentrer dans la chambre ( porte à poitiers casser ) J'ai due retourner plusieurs fois à la réception ( qui se trouve loin par rapport à l'appartement ) Le code de la porte de la chambre m'as été communiqué après plusieurs aller retour à la réception ( aucune communication entre le propriétaire et la réception ) Bref une Super mauvaise expérience que je déconseille à tous Attention aussi ( pour votre organisme ) de travailler avec des gens competent car je suis passer par expédia qui je suppose ne vérifie pas toujours tout mais du coup c'est votre nom et votre compagnie que je retiendrais ( qui pour moi n'est pas à la hauteur ). Donc oui dessus et je ne sais pas si je ferais appel à vos service dans un futur proche, l'avenir nous le dirat

Boa localização... mas falta de limpeza

Ótima localização! Porém, o quarto é pequeno e a limpeza deixou a desejar. Fiquei no quarto #229. As fotos do site são bem melhores do que a realidade encontrada. Ar condicionado barulhento.
