Other amenities include a children's pool, concierge services and dry cleaning. All 10 soundproofed villas provide free WiFi, free wired Internet and private yards. Guests will appreciate conveniences such as washers/dryers and dining areas, while Smart TVs with digital channels and Netflix provide a bit of entertainment.
Reef View Pavilion Villas and Condos offers 10 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. If you like hidden gems this is definitely the place for you. Sharon and her team ensured I was comfortable. I got great info before my arrival especially because it was a holiday. Breakfast was great and the entire experience was wonderful.

Everything was enjoyable, love the owner sweetest human every. Very peaceful, private area. Room was very clean, just a little extra dusting needed, that was probably do to the heavy winds. Room was clean. Staff was Wonderful. Mrs Sharon and her family did an excellent job. Thr Reef is absolutely a Gem..being able to have all your necessities with such a laid back vibe. I had the Honeymoon Suite.. my own private pool was so nice.. literally steps away from the beach..the only thing that was a shock was the hill on the driveway .. which is nothing compared to everything else. The view of the stars at night was absolutely beautiful.

This place whispers serenity. My stay was so peaceful and refreshing- from the beauty of the entire property, the cleanliness, and the amazing staff, I could not ask for better. All my needs were met before I could even ask. Staff checked in every day to ensure I had all I needed. When I reached out to request assistance regarding my checkout time, I was met with kindness and the assistance I needed. I stayed in the honeymoon villa. It was so nice having my own private pool. It is a great location to have peace and quiet but also just 10 minutes or less in the car to be at the main beach, restaurants and bars. I traveled solo and never felt unsafe here. Sharon the owner is very quick to respond to messages or concerns. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in the 3BD/3Ba poolside villa. HUGE rooms with ample space and unlimited seating options. The grounds and property were beautiful and garden-like. The pools were well maintained and refreshing. The rooftop pool was especially a treat after a long beach day, and has a really beautiful view. The owner Sharon was very friendly and communicative. The groundskeeper was also very pleasant and helpful. We loved the area we chose to stay in and with our car rental it was very conveniently located to our most visited areas. Without a car it would not be possible to walk for any dining/groceries as it is deep in from the main road and extremely hilly, so we were very glad to have rented. The nearby beaches of Grande Anse and BBC were phenomenal, and Sharon provides ample beach/pool towels in the room which is helpful. I would definitely return to the property and look forward to seeing it with all the finishing touches. Some work was not yet completed (unpaved driveway, pool bar/kitchen not open) but it did not disrupt or affect our stay. Reef View Villas was a lovely unique slice of solitude with fun architecture and everything we needed while on holiday as a family.

Wonderful stay!

We have had a wonderful stay at Reef View! We spent 3 nights in the Turtle Back pavilion upon arrival and then in a beautiful room later in our trip. Both were very clean and comfortable. Our hostess Sharon is super friendly and very helpful as she had great recommendations for restaurants and transportation. We would definitely recommend staying there and will do so again!
