Great location and good room. We stayed over Pride weekend so it was very expensive but I assume it’s more reasonable on other dates. Very smooth process to check in and check out.

Brilliant property - weirdly I contacted them about parking and they directed me to two options of car parks round the corner, when there is one directly under the hotel (and a couple of £ cheaper for 24 hour stay, where you can leave and come back within that time)

I was rather nervous about the hotel not having a reception but the code arrived a morning of our visit. Entry to Hotel and our room was very easy and the following day, we left luggage in appropriate locker, again using the same code. A perfect visit to Brighton

Great little apartment, with double hob, coffee machine, microwave, ok-sized fridge, free tea and coffee, great location, smooth to get in with the pin code. Comfy bed, very clean, good shower. Hard to fault

Expect clean, large rooms with minimal furnishing and no staff of site. The rooms could be a bit cleaner and fresher, but for the price and location, there’s a lot to like. Nice touch offering ear plugs to block the sounds from the bar next door!

Really good place would try again. Problem was the room location overlooking a very noisy pub garden which was noisy to the early hours of Sunday morning. Would only stay again if a quieter room was available.
