great apartment in a great location

Convenient check in as agent was already there waiting, taken straight to room which was ready although I was checking in 5 hours earlier than requested. it's location is perfect, connected directly to the LRT station it is only 1 stop from the Kuala Lumpur city centre (Sentral) main terminal for all stations in the city and the airport, also the connected (Huge) shopping mall. Also within a few minutes walk are a 7/11 and other convenience stores, fruit and veg shop and news agent as well as ATMs.

部屋は素晴らしいが、スタッフ対応に問題あり。

部屋の環境はとても快適でした。テレビもyoutubeチャンネルが見られて、日本語放送も楽しめました。また、ベランダに洗濯機（乾燥機能付き）があり、助かりました。ただ、乾燥にとても時間がかかり、結局部屋干しにした方が早かったです。 トイレットペーパーとボックスティッシュがすぐに足りなくなったため、チェックイン時に教えられたホテルのLINEアカウントに何度もメッセージや電話をしましたが、まったく応答がありませんでした。仕方なく玄関のコンシェルジュカウンターに行ったのですが、事情を伝えても「自分はセキュリティガードなので対応できない」と言われました。何のためのコンシェルジュカウンターなのか？カウンターの表示に偽りありです。結局、予約したホテルサイト経由でメールしたところ、数十分後にスタッフ（チェックイン時に部屋の説明をしてくれた担当スタッフとは別の人。この人はフレンドリーで良い人でした）が来て対応してくれましたが、とにかくホテルの対応が全体的に不親切です。緊急時の連絡先をちゃんと最初に教えてほしかったです（LINEはまったく機能してません）。

I love the design of the room. Its so modern and comfy, feels like an ideal home and it really inspire me to have a dream home like this. The host is super attentive, although the internet was a little hiccup here but she assist to fix it quickly. Great location as LRT Bangsar just 3 min walk through the covered link bridge.The only thing i would not satisfy was the security counter at entrance. You have to pay RM50 deposit for the access card to enter into lobby, then the host will pass you another card to access to your unit, its quite a hassle for using many cards to access it.

Room needs cleaning before guest checks in.

Location is good but room needs a little cleaning before guest checks in. Strong smell of drainage waste water and even found a cockroach hiding in the bathroom. I had to fix the frying pan handle. Checking in and out was very easy.

掃除なし、ごみ捨て自分、タオルシーツ交換無しだけど乾燥機洗濯機が各部屋に備えてあるので全く問題なし、どころかホテルの様に掃除の時間に外出する必要もなく、時間が自由になりありがたい。 半年前にも利用したけど、そのときはオープンしたてだったから問題なかったけど家具等がIkeaの安物のせいかソファーはヘタっていたし、ロールスクリーンは開かなくなっていました。
