Lovely place to stay! Close to everything, right across from a very nice public beach. Tiny bit of a language barrier with the host, but easy work around with Google translate!! Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend!

Nice spacious and very clean property just meters away from Platis Yialos beach where you can find many tavernas and places to eat along the beach. Irini was so lovely and accommodating and we had such a wonderful stay.

It was a short walk today nthe beautiful ocean, very nice for swimming. Every restaurant I ate at was great, and I felt very safe at this hotel, and in the town as a woman traveling alone.

Irini and her family are so welcoming. The accommodation was peaceful, well located and comfortable for my stay. I would definitely go back next time I’m in beautiful Sifnos!

Please be careful if you book this property as unless you book a deluxe room. The standard rooms are tired and in need of upgrading. Inadequate bathroom with damaged tiles and old fashioned shower curtain. Creaky uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning problematic. We were unhappy with the accommodation and left after 2 nights of a 7 night booking.

The perfect Greek get-away!

My stay at Irini's Pension was beyond all my expectations. Her beautiful, clean, calm and relaxing pension is situated 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Platis Gialos, where you can enjoy excellent food and shop for handmade ceramic. Irini is a wonderful warn host, who will do everything to make you feel welcome. She even invited me to celebrate the Greek orthodox easter with her and her family. If you want a warm, relaxing and authentic Greek get-away Irini's is the place to stay!

Relaxed Stay

This was a great place to stay! We arrived Easter weekend so it was busy in town for a few days but after that it was very quiet. The owner was friendly and assisted us with anything we needed. She was very thoughtful in giving us a traditional Easter cake. The "pension" is a short block off the main street. Close to the beach but away from street noise. However, this is a small community so it's pretty quiet in the off season. The nearby restaurants that were open were excellent. Plenty of hiking trails in the area so we were very busy for the week we stayed.

A great little place just back from the beach front. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help however they can. Conveniently they also run a moped rental company out of the hotel which makes it easy to get around. A stones throw away from all the superb restaurants on the beach front.

Very friendly and helpful host, quiet location but 50m only from the beach. Small supermarket next door with long opening hours is very comvenient. Only a few steps from restaurants and bars on the beach.
