We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The resort is great for sledding and the on site soft play/activity park was great for the kids. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and the food and service were both good. We thought the price of using the pool was too high 65euros per day for a family of 4. Had it been half of this we would have visited.

24h service, warm accomodation with good parking, views and everything you need nearby. Highly recommended. Rent your own car to be more flexible in your adventure. Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again.

Varaus tehtiin hotels.comin kautta. Täällä ei mainittu mitään,että huone pitää vaihtaa kahden yön majoituksessa kesken vierailun. Jouduttiin odottamaan toisessa huoneistossa puolille päivin ennen kuin vaihto onnistui. Oli tarkoitus lähteä jo aamusta Rukalle retkeilemään ja koska kyseessä oli ainoa kokonainen päivä kohteessa,ärsytti kyllä,kun suunnitelma meni pieleen odottelun takia.

Pitäisi olla varaus vaiheen sisällön selkeämpi, esimerkiksi aiemmin kuulunut tätä kautta uimiset pakettiin. Nyt yhtäkkiä uinteja ei ollutkaan paketissa.

Huoneisto oli odotetun siisti ja toimiva vaikka yhden yön perusteella ei syvällisempää analyysiä pysty tekemään. Ainoa huoneistoa koskeva kritiikki tulee kylpyhuoneen saippuasäiliöiden tyhjyydestä. Hotels.com tiedot osin harhaanjohtavia koska valitsimme kalliimman huoneistopaketin johon piti sisältää kylpylään pääsy mutta jouduimme silti ostamaan sen erikseen. Muutenkin Sisältyy kohtaan on epäselvästi listattu palveluita joista pitää maksaa kohteessa erikseen. Itse kylpylä parhaat päivät nähnyt ja varsin pieni, porealtaissa hiukan viileähkö veden lämpötila. Holiday Club Tropiikin vastaanotossa oli miellyttävä ja ymmärtäväinen asiakaspalvelija.

Kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto

Siisti kahden makuuhuoneen, saunallinen, huoneisto. Auton sai parkkeerattua oven eteen. Hyvät löylyt saunassa. Tyynyt olivat todella surkeat, onneksi meillä oli omat mukana. Lyhyehkö ajomatka Rukalle. Hotels.com - varauksessa eri saapumis- ja lähtöaika, kuin Holiday Clubin nettisivuilla. Huoneiston sai jo klo 16, ei klo 18, kuten varauksessa. Vastaanottoon ei päässyt puhelimitse läpi, maksullinen jonotusaika 20 min, jonka jälkeen puhelu katkaistiin.

Ei hyvä, emmekä mene uudestaan.

Meillä oli studiohuoneisto, joka oli kalustettu halvahkosti, tosin sänky oli ihan hyvä. Varasin hotellin Hotels.comin kautta josta ei ilmoitettu että huoneiston joutuu vaihtamaa kesken loman. Vaihtaminen oli todella huono asia, eikä yleensä noin saisi edes myydä huoneistoa ettei samassa huoneessa voi asua koko tilattua aikaa. Huoneessa oli pölyiset karvalankamatot jonka vuoksi nukkuminen oli hankalaa koska nenä meni pölystä tukkoon. Ikkuna oli suljettu huonosti ja huoneisto oli todella kylmä.

Tavanomainen holiday clubin huonosti siivottu kohde. Lattiat likaiset, sängyt ja petivaatteet epämukavat, huonekalut juhannuskokkoon meno kunnossa, sohvatyynyjen alla jos vaikka mitä sinne kuulumatonta. Ei ollut siivoojille annettu aikaa kurkata sinne. Liesituuletin rikki ja pölyn ja rasvan peitossa. Työnsi jäätävää ilmaa k,eittiön tasolle. Mutta kuten sanottu, holiday clubin perus settiä!

Siisteydessä parantamisen varaa! Lakanat tahraiset kun tulimme, ne käytiin vaihtamassa. Saunan ovi tahmainen ja tahrainen. Lampuissa kuolleita kärpäsia :( Muuten rauhallista. Lähellä paikallinen erinomainen kahvio.

sehr gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft ... von Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Sauna ... alles an Geschirr und Besteck was man braucht, alles sehr neuwertig und wertig ... wir waren sehr zufrieden ... für Langläufer direkt vor der Haustür sehr gute beleuchtete Loipe ...
