We were only here one night, but this hotel was great! From our room, we had a view of the street below and the sea in the distance. Our hotel wasn't necessarily *close* to all the food/shopping or the fort, but it was within a reasonable walk that felt safe to us. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing any information we needed and helping us set up a taxi the next morning. The hotel is across the street from the bus station, making it perfect if you're traveling to/from Chania and don't want to arrange a taxi upon arrival!

Although the hostess and facility were wonderful, the location next to a restaurant/bar did not allow for sleep until early into the morning. Loud drunk customers leaving were right outside our room on the Saturday night we stayed.
