We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Check-in and out were easy and convenient, and the host communicated quickly when I had questions. The area was perfect. Carmel Market was a short walk, as well as many dining options and shops. This is a residential apartment building, so there is no front desk, but that was no problem, as the hosts gave detailed instructions for entry, and were quick and easy to communicate with. We were very happy to know that each apartment has a bomb shelter/safe room. We had sirens 2 nights of our stay, and we didn't need to leave the apartment. That definitely put our minds at ease while traveling here during the war. I look forward to staying here again. It was absolutely wonderful.

Neighborhood was very noisy with loud music. The coffee pods available downstairs compromised our credit card so we had to call our bank. Check in was difficult, the door had a problem and about 10 guest were stuck at the front door. There was no instructions on how to get the hot water for the shower so we took cold shower until we figured out there was a button we had to push. The living room coach was broken…

Unica pecca che quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza per due e noi eravamo in 4 , ma hanno subito rimediato . Sono dei piccoli appartamenti molto comodi puliti, situati in una zona molto bella di Tel Aviv . Sotto casa c’è di tutto , alimentari ristoranti tabacchi negozi .. veramente un bel punto ! Poi Tel Aviv è veramente bella da vivere , ritornerò ?

El departamento es comodo para 4 o 5. Para 6 si resulta incomodo. No nos dieron la botella de vino que incluia la reserva. Las chicas son super amables. Se olvidaron de darnos el codigo de los locker y no contestaron los correos por lo que tuvimos que ir hasta la oficina a solicitarlo. El alojamiento esta super bien ubicado, limpio y seguro. Lo recomiendo completamente.

Location is great and property is well managed and is very good condition. The apartment was misrepresented by Expedia as "One Bedroom with Balcony". There are no one bedrooms with balcony in this building. This apartment is in the basement and there is no view.
