The hotel is great, a few things under construction/remodeling makes the guest to change some of their plans. Laundry and swimming pool were not available during Christmas break. Overall great place to stay

Nice location , the building was under renovation. Which is necessary , the room Was a little old but comfortable . The staff was nice trying to speak Spanish , unfortunately no many people speak other language but Portuguese .

We experienced a power outage at around 2:00 AM, and by the time we checked out at 8:00 AM, the electricity still had not been restored. Although the hotel had a generator, it only powered the elevator and hallway . Without electricity the AC wouldn’t work ,which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable, and no one was able to sleep. I spoke with the front desk, but they placed the blame entirely on the power company and did not offer any form of compensation or discount. I even mentioned that I would have slept better in my car, but that did not change their response. Overall, the lack of support and customer care during this situation was disappointing

Hospedo-me com razoável frequência neste hotel. No entanto, como este apartamento é de propriedade particular, a recepção informa que qualquer contratempo eventualmente surgido é de responsabilidade do proprietário. Em razão disso, já passei por algumas situações inconvenientes, cuja solução se tornou difícil, justamente pela ausência de uma pronta assistência do hotel. Por esse motivo, pretendo me hospedar em outro hotel na próxima estadia. Soma-se a isso o fato de que o estabelecimento não oferece café da manhã.
