Prenotazione effettuata, ricevuta conferma via email da hotels.com, mi presento nella struttura alle 9.30 di sera dopo 4 ore di auto e il proprietario candidamente mi dice : io non ho confermato niente. Alla fine era dispiaciuto e visibilmente imbarazzato per il misunderstanding ma alla fine ho dovuto cercare un altra sistemazione
