This is the perfect hotel to stay at while staying in Santa Cruz…look no further because everything was perfect!!! Very hospitable, kind, and understanding. Good price for the spacious room and centric location. Breakfast was definitely not their best feature. Very few selections and bad rotations. Sometimes there was hardly any food on the trays. Good thing is there are options. Nearby restaurants or a kitchen and refrigerator in the rooms. Overall, good stay with friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is absolutely top-notch, making it a perfect base. The service is also great, with a very attentive and helpful team. The only downside is the breakfast: While it is very cheap, for anyone who values high-quality food, it’s honestly entirely skippable. Do yourself a favor and spend your mornings grabbing a proper bite at one of the local cafes or bakeries nearby instead.

The room was so spacious and nice to have a separate bedroom. Staff did everything they could to help us and found English speakers to help us. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and hot food (eggs, bacon)

Nice place very clean, staff especially the Manager all very nice. Easy to get a Taxi at the hotel. Bed was very good, king size and firm not saggy. Plenty of closet space. Bathroom good size. What needs improvement. The room safe is too small for a 14" laptop, NO instructions on how to use the safe. Microwave in room very strange could not figure how to use it, again Instructions needed. Room door locks different but once you learn how to use them ok. BREAKFAST - Really not good. Hot Water and Instant Coffee. Some empanadas that are cold (no microwave in the food area) and they are not marked as to what the empanadas are. People preparing breakfast have no rush or desire to get food out. Food sometimes 7am it is out and sometimes 7:30am almost nothing, the breakfast personnel are oblivious and need to be replaced ASAP. Eggs, no scrambled eggs, just COLD sliced omelete pieces and COLD hard boild eggs no sausage or bacon. BEWARE - REQUEST a Room in the 1st Floor or 2nd Floor. There is No Water Pump in the building and NO water pressure on the "4th floor" and marginal on the 3rd. First night I was on the 4th, could not shower the next morning. Good pressure 1st floor. Would I stay here agaim, YES, definitely.

A nice, new property, parts unfinished. People were nice and friendly. Good breakfast and nice pool on top floor (although not very deep). Rooms are spacious, with kitchenette and table (although not fully equipped as the page says). Basically clean & new, but mold starting to form in shower. Not very good soundproofing, as you can hear some traffic and noises from adjoining rooms and above. Underground parking was not crowded, but very difficult ramp to go up and then deep down. Coming up you hope no one is on the sidewalk, as you have to shoot fast and can't see over the hood as you climb out. Easy two block walk to convention center and lots of restaurants.
