Excelente ubicación

El principal atractivo de esta propiedad es su ubicación. En una de las playas más icónicas de St. Tropez, La Pampelonne. Estuve 4 noches en una Kasai de 27 m2, unos amigos que venían no pudieron llegar. En los 4 días nadie vino a hacer la limpieza de la cabaña, ni a cambiar las toallas, lo que sí hicieron fue recoger la basura que yo mismo había puesto afuera en el contenedor designado. Lo de hacer uno mismo las camas o pagar 7 eur para que te las hagan a tu check in me parece algo ridículo (cierto es que esto esta explicado en las condiciones al escoger el alojamiento, pero vamos! al precio que piden, siento que lo mínimo que uno espera es que las camas estén hechas). Sospecho que les hace falta personal para éstas tareas, son muchas cabañas en un terreno bien extenso. Lo otro es que les hace falta señalización interna (o mapas dispuestos en sitio) porque me perdí varias veces tanto para salir de donde estaba mi cabaña y también para llegar. Cosas positivas: Cabaña bien equipada (utensilios, estufa, lavaplatos, a/c, fridge). El entorno del complejo es muy lindo, rodeado de vegetación, privacidad entre cabañas, dentro tienen un supermercado para uno abastecerse de todo lo necesario para aprovechar al máximo la cabaña sin tener que salir del complejo. Estacionamiento frente a tu cabaña, rápido acceso a la playa a pie. Recomiendo empacar ligero, yo estuve solo y sentí que el espacio dentro era mínimo. Volvería porque ya se que esperar y por su ubicación.

+ Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se rendre à la plage, on fait tout à pieds. La supérette dans le camping est un plus, les prix sont corrects. - le rapport qualité prix de l établissement ( trop cher par rapport à la prestation générale) Pour un 4 étoiles, les lits ne sont pas fait à notre arrivée, pas de bouteille d eau, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de dosette de café. Check in pas avant 16:00, Check out à 10:00 le matin. La taille de la piscine adulte est ridicule par rapport aux nombre de personnes qui résident dans le camping. Dans Le parc aquatique enfant, le toboggan est très dangereux(arrivée très vite sur le sol), certains décors sont cassés, l espace de jeux est vide, il n y a pas d eau à l intérieur. Le kids club est très médiocre, nous y avions été une seule fois, pas d ambiance, les animatrices étaient plus concentrées sur leur pédicure que sur les enfants ...

The location is close to the beach that is the only plus. The cottages are minuscule. We booked 2 cottages for a party of 7 on the same booking. We were allocated cottages some distance apart and told when we checked in around 9 pm that they couldn’t allocate close together because the resort was full. We went to the cottages and found out that there were several empty cottages and in fact we could have them next to each other. We went to talk to the duty manager who refused to do anything and said come back after 8 am the next day. Next day the woman at the reception says ofcourse we will try to accommodate you but now you have to pay €50 cleaning fee coz you stayed overnight. Such a scam!! They spoiled our holiday and ruined our mood. No one likes being cheated!! Then she says that next year we will allocate you cottages together. Lol. We will never be returning!!!
