The house my wife and I rented in Davenport was large and very nice with plenty of space and in good condition - 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was in a gated community which felt very safe with quality landscaping throughout the area. It had a nice pool and spa as well. Although there was an extra expense to heat the pool and spa, my wife and I felt it was worth it. I do feel it would be helpful to have more information regarding the specific house you will get prior to booking. However, the overall price we paid on Expedia to have a private house with a private pool and spa seemed like a very good value. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was within reasonable driving distance to the major theme parks. We primarily communicated with Ivor who was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. He was even able to extend our check-out time upon our request which made our day of departure a little less stressful.

Not at all what I expected 😕

Unfortunately I was not happy with my stay here nor was the rest of my family members, our stay was for a total of 4 days, on our second day a couple was able to enter our home with the same code to enter the house as I have stating and able to show paperwork that they're also book the house that my family and I had, so therefore I immediately contact the office explaining that someone had just entered our vacation home, the manager stated to me don't worry it's not necessary for you to be upset(and stated that I was overreacting) I explained this is not overreacting someone just entered our vacation home as my granddaughter was standing in the living room with a pair of panties and a bra as a gentleman entered the home, this has terrifyingly her and the rest of us, ( they over booked) as we woke up to our second day to find ants crawling all over my birthday cake the following morning, a dirty pool, hair in the bathtub, a cigarette bud in the kitchen , no washcloths throughout the home, it was very poor housekeeping throughout the home

The house was BEAUTIFUL! We had wonderful contact with the owners, plus the house was perfectly located in the middle of all the Disney properties. We will definitely be using them again!
