接待人員(老太太)很客氣很nice，但床的舒適性普通，床腳搖搖晃晃，但房間氛圍是漂亮的。
不滿意的是早餐，給得很簡陋，感覺就是超市買一買塘塞的吐司、起司片、水煮蛋而已，咖啡也是膠囊咖啡(只有一種口味)。跟接待人員形容得有新鮮水果且很豐富完全不同，不值得加價5歐/人使用早餐，建議去外面吃，5歐可以吃得更好。且早餐沒有準時提供，預定早餐時是確認早餐時間可以在check out前來的及吃才加價的，詢問接待人員時還被不耐煩地回覆說 「I just arrived! You should wait for couple minutes! 」但我們有趕車問題且準時提供早餐不該是住客的問題。

В целом все понравилось. Удобная кровать и подушки. Не шумно. Все необходимое в номере было. Недалеко от центра и просторно.
Завтраки слабоваты, на них тут лучше не рассчитывать, если для вас это важно. Хотя бутерброды с сыром (подтаевшим) и мясом вы всегда сможете съесть.

Florence made easy
Friendly staff. Close to lots of the touristy things so we could walk everywhere. Close to bus stop and Hop on hop off bus pick up. Lovely breakfast. Would stay here again

Just couple days here. Is bed breakfast type, NOT a hotel.
The lady at desk is lovely and helpful, very friendly. but not there all the time. You are given keys to get in building then upstairs to rooms. Clean. Very small room. Snacks and things in your room for breakfast. Make your own coffee in hallway. Rather quaint.

Nos ayudaron a organizar a un amigo que se unio al viaje a ultima hora, con todo y que llegamos tarde nos esperaron y nos atendieron muy amablemente, nos dieron las indicaciones y la información para recorrer Florencia y disfrutarla al maximo, muy recomendado. Todo limpio y ordenado, gracias!!

Safe and comfortable
The room was comfortable and clean. They provided continental breakfast items and coffee maker. The wifi was good, except it was out one evening and the staff was already gone for the day. The location was a little far from the train station and main tourist sites. The area felt very safe and the building was very secure.

Live like a local
A good location in a residential area. It's about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral but every day it's interesting to see local life.
I've often wondered what it's like behind the large wooden doors in many European cities. This was our chance to find out. The building was clearly a very fine residence in its day, and now most of one floor has been converted to this B&B with the rest of the building still as private homes. It was very quiet and a really good base to explore Florence

La atención muy bien. Limpio. Lo único que el desayuno es de los de cafetera y "prefabricado" con lo cual decidimos ir a desayuna fuera. Nos tocaron a ademas dos camas individuales juntas y de colchón algo blando.

Superb location and a lovely B&B
Great location in walkable distance from both main train stations. Close to cafes, restaurants and bars. 15 minutes walk to The Duomo. A fabulous building and a lovely spacious comfortable room. Friendly and attentive reception staff. A good sized continental breakfast in the room each day with extra coffee, fruit,cake in the communal hallway. Can’t wait to go back!

Muy lindo el hotel , viejito pero confortable . El problema fue que llegamos y no estuvo lista la habitación , debimos esperar , nos entregaron llaves equivocadas y la recepcionista nos avisó para regresar por las correctas , lo cual nos hizo perder tiempo . Faltan mosquiteros en las ventanas .Nos guardaron nuestras maletas después del check out, pero no tuvimos acceso a los servicios , pequeños detalles que deben de corregirse .

Estancia decente
Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. El grueso del desayuno se sirve en la habitación, pero en el pasillo también hay más cosas con las que completarlo (bastante completo). Está a unos 10-15 minutos andando del centro. Como puntos negativos destacaríamos el estado de los enchufes (había 2 que parecían estar colgando) y que las ventanas no aislaban mucho del ruido de la calle ni de la temperatura exterior (había veces que se notaba frío en la habitación).
