Grand Eurhotel offers 130 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and a hairdryer. Rooms open to balconies. LCD televisions are featured in guestrooms. Ancora una volta a Montesilvano

Ho soggiornato dal 21 al 23 settembre presso il residence Grand Eurhotel di Montesilvano, trovo che sia un posto fantastico dove trascorrere un weekand, io sono andata per un convegno, ho avuto bisogno di uno spazio tranquillo per una conferenza telefonica e si sono resi tutti molto disponibili benché fosse oltre il mio orario di soggiorno. Personale eccellente e ben preparato nella risoluzione dei problemi, cordiali e pronti nel servizio. Camera grande e ariosa, la mia molto pulita e fronte mare. La possibilità di fare colazione in terrazza sulla spiaggia nelle giornate di sole è impagabile. Colazione un pochino triste ma buonissima la torta con miele e frutta secca. Vicino al centro commerciale e al lungomare è comodo e al contempo fuori dal rumore della strada.

Monolocale spazioso

Ho prenotato una singola e mi hanno dato uno spaziosissimo monolocale con balcone privato, a due passi dal mare e dal palacongressi, pecca il personale addetto alle pulizie che di primo mattino fa troppo rumore e non ti permette di riposare in pace e la quantità di polvere depositata sul mobilio. I muri sono di carta velina, si sente tutto.

È veramente eccezionale.

Mi è stato consigliato da un amico, e lo consiglio a mia volta. È una bellissima struttura, sulla spiaggia. Personale eccellente ed eccellente è tutto. Lo ho trovato superiore alle mie aspettative.

Hotel appartamenti in complesso di alberghi

L'hotel è un Palazzo con appartamenti per turisti con tutti i comfort degli hotel. In inverno si accede dal grand hotel adiacente tramite tunnel. La Camera quindi è un mini appartamento, nel mio caso con vista mare. Unico neo la colazione con macchine self service e di scadente qualità per gli hotel 4 stelle.

Not for us....

The hotel was in darkness, shuttered and deserted when we arrived at about 8:30pm. There were weeds outfront and we thought the hotel was closed. A sign on the door (in Italian only) directed us to the hotel next door where we checked in and were directed via an internal corridor back to the original hotel. The reception, restaurant, and bar were all closed and we felt as if we had walked into a B movie set. We complained and were advised there was no duty manager available. Long story, but the following morning we notified Expedia, checked out of the Grand Eurhotel and into the Sea Lion. Still waiting for a response to our complaint/request for a refund....

3 Star Hotel near beach, not 4 stars as advertised

I booked the Grand EURHOTEL, 4 stars according to Expedia, but as soon as I arrived the front door had 3 stars posted. The receptionist was not very welcoming and asked to hold on to my passport while I check into the room. I never leave my passport unattended and told her that I would wait. After checking in and receiving my passport back, I went to the room, which was actually an apartment with a lot of space. She did not tell me the WI-FI password, I later had to ask for it. I completed the Expedia check-in survey with a :( and was told to see the hotel staff. I called the hotel staff and was not given any information, apology, etc. Later, the heat in the bedroom wasn't working, but the living room/kitchen was fine. When I called the front desk the guy told me it was fine and functioning and then asked if I really wanted to change rooms at this hour (1 am). Instead we stayed and used 5 blankets.

ottimo hotel sul mare

Il nostro e' stato un soggiorno di 2 notti,e dovevamo per forza di cose essere in quella zona visto che avevamo un convegno nell'hotel di fianco dove non hanno accettato la nostra cagnolina , mentre al Grand EurHotel non ci hanno fatto nessun problema. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla sistemazione confortevole e spaziosa e dal personale gentile e disponibile che e' venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Senza infamia e senza lode

Pro: colazione abbondante (anche se non di qualità), appartamento spazioso, ottima pulizia e disponibilità a rifare la camera secondo i nostri orari; Contro: maniglia bagno rotta, scarichi otturati, tv solo in salotto, poche prese corrente di cui 1 anche rotta in camera, materassi da cambiare (incavati), divano vecchio, adeguare il prezzo del check-out posticipato alla stagione (50 euro, più della camera!).

Mi è dispiaciuto che l'hotel era pieno e funzionava soltanto un ascensore. L'orario dela colazione è troppo presto. 9:30 già no se trovava più pane e prosciuto. Lascia un può a desiderare la colazione. Nell hotel non hanno venduto l'acqua perché ricevevano soltanto monete. Siamo costreti a andare al negozio davanti dopo già sistemati perché loro non hanno voluto 5€Neanche dando un'altra possibile soluzione. Ma tutto altro è stato fortissima la camera e le donne che pulivano! Sempre felice!!!!

La struttura è chiusa!

Ho prenotato una camera presso l’Eurhotel e al mio arrivo scopro che la struttura è chiusa e che devo rivolgermi alla struttura adiacente. Alla reception mi viene detto che nell’altro albergo stanno facendo dei lavori e che quindi dobbiamo soggiornare presso il Grand Hotel Montesilvano. Comportamento alquanto inappropriato!
