Room was clean and spacious. Overall the hotel is dated and needs some updating. Breakfast was good but ends promptly at 9 am and items become sparse after 8:30 am. Good location for heading into North Cascades National Park, about 1.5 hours away.

Great room. Large, comfortable. Hotel is being renovated, but that’s a good thing. Loved the pool and hot tub. Loved the 12:00 late check out when I arrived past midnight. Much appreciated. Lots of parking. Lots of food near by. Decent price

Great place to stay at a reasonable price - excellent service good breakfast desk clerk gave us an free upgrade after we told her we just bowled 9 games in a tournament and soar - so she upgraded us to a suite with a jetted tub and I enjoyed every minute of that soak !!

Unfortunately the toilet had not been cleaned and there was urine and hairs on the toilet seat. We called the front desk and it was taken care of, but the experience definitely left a sour taste. Also, the water pressure for the shower was very low. The shower itself looked like it had been updated, but the shower head was loose at the wall connection and was rattling around. The exercise room was lined with windows on one side so that everyone walking through the lobby and sitting in the breakfast area can watch those working out. It felt a bit like being in a fishbowl. Some people might not mind it, but it was not for me (also, only one of the three treadmills was working). I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room price was a bit high, but I am guessing that has to do with the World Cup Soccer competition in the area driving the lodging prices up. Hope they will return to a lower rate soon.

Exactly as described. The room was clean. The bathtub had jets, and it was beautifully clean. The shower was large. It was a large room, and the TV was big and the bed was comfortable. Yeah, it was a good room!
