Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Villa Mazzanta gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und außerordentlich freundlich. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und man wird mit ausreichend Handtüchern versorgt. Die Einrichtung an sich ist etwas veraltet, funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei. Die Dusche könnte größer sein, denn sie ist sehr eng geschnitten und die Türen lassen sich nicht weit öffnen (was sich zum Beispiel beim duschen mit Kleinkind schwierig gestaltet). Das Frühstück ist lecker, jedoch könnte die Auswahl vielseitiger sein (sehr viele Süßspeisen wie Kuchen und Kekse). Der Pool wird ist groß und hat ausreichend Liegemöbel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Spielplatz, der unserem kleinen sehr viel Freude bereitet hat. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, das in einigen Bereichen verbesserungswürdig ist, jedoch dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt für seine Gäste bietet.

Tolle Location, vor allem für Familien. Das Zimmer war ein wenig feucht und hat hier und dort ein paar Macken. Der Pool, die großen Spielplätze (für die Kinder) und das nette Personal haben das aber bei weitem aufgewogen.

Flott hotell med fint basseng og fine uteområder for barna. Ligger i et rolig villaområde. Kort vei til stranda og bonus med gratis solsenger så lenge man har voucher fra hotellet. Man kan også låne sykler og komme seg rundt til nærliggende områder med restauranter etc. bråk fra tivoli i nærheten på kvelden, men gikk fint for oss med store barn.

Perfekt, kort och gott!

Ett fantastiskt hotell i en liten italiensk semesterhus-by! Stranden, med restauranger och solstolar (som ingår i hotellbokningen), är bara ett par minuters promenad genom mysiga kvarter och en lummig ”djungelstig”. Med tio minuters färd på cyklar (som man lånar gratis av hotellet) kan man bege sig till det pittoreska Cecina, en liten stad med en blomstrande strandpromenad, fylld av restauranger, butiker och ofantligt god italiensk glass till skämmigt låga priser, för en svensk! Hotellet är så komplett det kan bli, särskilt för en barnfamilj. En stor lekplats för de mindre, samt pingisbord och en liten fotbollsplan för de större. Ett litet utegym och ett innegym på takvåningen för de som av någon anledning inte vill lapa sol vid den fina poolen, eller gå till någon av de många stränderna. -Har du hunden med dig så finns en särskild hundstrand som var jättefin! Bettina och Hilaria i receptionen är de snällaste man kan tänka sig, och gör allt för att vistelsen ska bli så bra som möjligt. Vi uppgradera vårt rum på plats för att inte gå varandra på nerverna, då de små rummen inte är stora nog. Med två sovrum för en familj på 4, med ett vardagsrum och en balkong så mådde vi toppen. Rummen har kök så man kan laga egen mat och frukost. Hotellets frukost är helt ok, men blir dyrt i längden. Vi kan inte rekommendera Villa Mazzanto nog! :)

Sehr schöne Anlage, hübsche und zweckmässige Möblierung. Ruhige und sichere Umgebung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, offeriertes Getränk. Hilfsbereite Informationen und Reservationen für Ausflüge und Essen. Die Anlage ist für Familien mit kleinen und grösseren Kindern sehr geeignet. Spielplatz, sicherer Pool, kurzer Weg zum Strand etc. Dementsprechend ist die Geräuschkulisse, einen ruhigen gemütlichen Abend auf dem Balkon ist während der Ferienzeit (CH) nicht möglich!

Begrüßung an der Rezeption extrem unterkühlt und distanziert. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, das Bad ziemlich klein. Die Größe des Pools gut, aber leider war die Wasserqualität nicht ok - an einem Tag war der Pool deswegen sogar geschlossen.

Die Wohlfühl Oase

Eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung ! Soviel Kompetenz ohne einen Moment die Freundlichkeit zu vergessen. Bin von der Mitarbeitertruppe begeistert. Hier lohnt der Stopp um Service kennen zu lernen. Nicht zu vergessen das Haus, das den Zusatz “Villa“ völlig zurecht im. Namen trägt. Perfekt gepflegt mit allem was das Urlauberherz erwünscht.
