All of staff was very friendly through out the whole stay. Very accommodating when it came to extending day for late check out since my flight was at 9pm. Grounds were kept up even when first Kona low came through.

We extended our trip and decided to stay here for a night, we wish we would have spent our entire trip here! The customer service was great, check in & check out was smooth, the room was clean, had a beautiful view, loved how close the beach was and the coffee shop, free parking, no hidden fees, the pools and hot tub were clean and warm, we cannot wait to come back!

Great room, plenty of kitchen amenities for a longer stay. Location was great, you could see the ocean a bit from our balcony, but could hear the waves crashing at night. Weather was awesome, end of February. We slept with the huge sliding door open (has a screen door), breeze and ocean sounds all night. Will definitely stay here again.

My ocen view was limited but it was nice. Condo was clean with tons of utensils and dishware. The walk to the beach was close. Kitchen 5135 food was solid with a nice tiki bar. The other restaurant was always packed and mediocre. All in all great place to stay

loved our ocean view one bedroom condo. Loved the rattan furnishings and ocean colors throughout the condo. Equipped with everything you need for an island vacation. Enjoyed both restaurants on the premises and the Mai Tai’s at the bar were a real treat. I highly recommend a stay at Napili Shores.
