Awesome location, spacious and considerately stocked with umbrellas and essentials in the kitchen. Our apartment had some old piping that tended to smell a little but flushing out the sink and running the shower helped.

The people in the office were kind and helpful. Location is very central to a lot of things (very walkable) and close to public transportation. Apt. is well appointed. Window insulation is excellent--important because street noise is loud (though it does mean closing windows).

My family of 7 loved this property! There was plenty of seating to relax and the dining table held all of us. The kitchen had plenty of utensils for our group and the washing machine & drier came in handy. The bathrooms were clean, big and in good working order - plenty of towels. We loved the view, watching from the balcony, listening to the street musicians and the AC option. We would highly recommend this flat and stay here again without hesitation.

While booking the property clearly says parking available. There is no parking at the location and find g parking anywhere in the area is a task. The road leading to the entrance doesn’t even permit Taxis or any vehicles. So you have no option but to drag your bags on the steep road.

We were traumatized from the flies and mosquitoes infestation inside the unit. The staff helped killed the insects on the day of our arrival but they continued to show up throughout the length of our stay. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage and the staff provided us with air fresheners. Another day, we had to suffer with raw sewage stench throughout the entire building. This was one of our most horrific stay throughout all our European travels.

Poor facilities- excess charges - avoid

Unusable toilet due to washing machine and tumble dryer squeezed in next to the toilet. Excess charge of 30 Euro to check out that wasn’t specified in the booking. Front door key didn’t work properly took 15 minutes jiggling the key to get the front door open. Avoid this place.

We booked this property last minute after our host cancelled on us (never use Plum Guide!) Our family of 6 was comfortable enough with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms… ac didn’t work well in 2 of the bedrooms and we had issues with the front door lock. Maintenance came promptly to check both but only the door was fixable. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and they worked well. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. It is a very central location- near the metro and many restaurants and shopping. The photos portray a much nicer property- it was a bit run down and one bathroom really needed updating. Two lights in the kitchen were burned out and we saw a few silverfish bugs. Overpriced property for Portugal but we were stuck at the last minute so we had to book here. We would book elsewhere next time.

The apartments are very nice, spacious, and in a great area of town. The owner was difficult and loves rules and add-on charges. Overall, it was more challenging to stay here than comparable places we have stayed, but the location and apartment were very nice!

This hotel was a very short walk down a pedestrian area, lots of great street performers and people watching, wonderful life music during the peak weekend times. Our hosts met us on time and were very thorough and kind. The room was extremely well-maintained, and Everything was new and top of the line. We really enjoyed having a laundry machine to! They stopped the room with everything you need, and more. They even gave us a free bottle of wine and a free bottle of sparkling water. Great stay at LV Premier Chiado CH

Really an excellent stay. Check in was pretty smooth and I managed to get in by 11AM which was earlier than their normal check in time. Checkout was painless as well. It was like living in a condo for the 2 nights that I was there. It had washer and dryer to use as well as detergent. It had all the necessities of an apartment, including a kitchen, utensils, plates, cooking supplies (even salt and peper). Bathroom was a bit cramped due to the washer being there, but it was a small inconvenience. The sofa was comfortable and the wifi was pretty fast. There was a lot of room in the apartment!
