The property indicate need to contact property owner. Given chat function true the hotels.com app and a phone number, there is no reply despite message sent 1 week before the check in date. The give. Phone number is not in use. There is no way to contact user.

The apartment is badly maintained. Smelly curtain and cupboard. Sticky floor. Broken sofa, no wifi and many more broken items. Toilet roll wasn’t provided as staff claimed that it is out of stock and told me to buy myself. Found a used condom under the bedsheet. Parking is so inconvenient as we can only park at level 4. Location is far from the tourist area and very noisy from the motorcycles at night.

예약을했으나호스트가모르고있었는지숙소밖에서 30분넘게호스트와스텝과얘기를했다.숙소는4인가량이용가능할것같은크기였으나욕실과베게에곰팡이가있으며침구도거무틱틱한게있고머리카락도있어서사용하지않았다.수영장은수리중으로사용할수없었다.

Disaster!!!

Condominium MCST shut down a lift caused disaster of waiting. Pool hidden sharp edges caused my kids bleeding. Entrance and exit of condominium during peak hours is crowded!!
