It was good - seemed like it was windier there than other parts of Monte Gordo. Apartment was really roomy. Sofa was quite hard to sleep on. We were surprised that maid service was available, although we only used it once. We enjoyed our stay there.

Nice Apt-Hotel close to beach in a nice town plaza

The hotel is situated verh close to thr beach ain a very nice ample and treed plaza.We had booked their biggesthe suite which is very spacious (up to 3 bedrooms + separate kitchen and living room + 2 wc). Breakfast is nice. Staff is very polite and helpful. Wi-Fi coverage is terrible... mainly only available in the lobby. In suite TVs are also nice museum pieces (14" CRT) with no channel selection. Just like everywhere in Monte Gordo parking is a nightmare - opt for the free parking on the edge of town. Nevertheless, it's a nice vacation no-frills property to stay at.

Check in was ok, not terrible and not good. Hotel was in okay shape, a litte dirty. Pool was cool, no towels, no services at the pool either. Parking on site is very misleading, there are maybe 7 stalls in front, (ALL Full the entire time) no other options for parking, except paid $$ cost us $16€. Room had a broken front window, very noisy, could hear people outside, clearly. Room was clean. Temperature was difficult to moderate, room was overly warm, air conditioning not working properly. Convenient location to beaches. Over all would not stay at this hotel again.

Vi blev nægtet indcheckning pga reparationsarbejde på hotellet. Derefter flyttet til Hotel Navagagores, som er et hotel af meget lavere standard.

Pontos positivos - localização central a distância a pé da praia, restaurantes e supermercado - dimensão do apartamento - limpeza e higiene - conforto das camas Pontos negativos - Cozinha pequena e subdimensionada para o apartamento e número de pessoas (ideal para 2 pessoas mas para famílias é muitoninsuficiente) - Falta de equipamento na cozinha: não há máquina da loiça, nem chaleira (ao contrario donque diz no site a chaleira não existe). Há apenas 2 placas no fogão e com muito pouca potência (marca budget) por isso cozinhar demora bastante tempo. O frigorífico é muito antigo e precisa de ser substituído - Falta de isolamento nas janelas - ouve-se tudo e é dificil dormir. Aconselho os hóspedes a levarem tampões para os ouvidos. - Falta de estendal - incrível um hotel de praia não ter um local para estender a roupa! - Não aconselho a comer pequeno almoço no restaurante - além do pequeno almoço ser caro em relação ao que é disponibilizado, o restaurante cheira imenso a peixe, o que nos levou por optar a tomar pequeno almoço no apartamento

Bien pero con aspectos mejorables

La ubicación es muy buena y el apartamento en si está bien, aunque tiene aspectos mejorables: - Las sartenes/cazuelas, aunque eran nuevas, eran de muy mala calidad. - No dejan utensilios de limpieza para fregar. - El check out nos ha llevado más de 30 minutos a pesar de haber avisado de la hora a la que nos íbamos. - El wifi no funciona, solo a veces y mal.

Renoviertes Apartment Hotel in zweiter Reihe

Kleines Apartment Hotel mit 36 Zimmern und zwei Fahrstühlen in der zweiten Reihe. Kleiner Dachpool vorhanden Das Studio war ausreichend groß und die Küche war für 3 Personen gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind alle inkl. Bad vor kurzem renoviert worden. Wir haben einen der sechs Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel für 12 Euro am Tag mit gemietet. Direkt neben an gibt es zwei Bäckereien, sodass wir kein Frühstück im Partner Restaurant im Erdgeschoß benötigt haben.

Perda de tempo

Na chegada ao hotel, a espera para fazer o check-in foi longa. O quarto não estava preparado tendo sido trocado por outro que também não tinha as acomodações necessárias para o número de pessoas. Um dos AC não funcionou! Os funcionários eram insuficientes para o atendimento a realizar e prestavam informações divergentes. Nunca consegui assegurar lugar de estacionamento por falta de organização do Hotel, apesar de ter surgido essa possibilidade. Ora porque não havia condições para ocupar o lugar por falta de chaves dos cadeados de acesso ao estacionamento ora por sobreposição de pedido para a mesma vaga por clientes de um quarto que tinham o check-out para 2 dias diferentes!! Uma confusão, desisti…No momento do meu check out, nao havia ninguém na receção tendo de ser necessárias 4 tentativas para o conseguir fazer! A saída do hotel correu bem!
