Julia´s Cabanas

This cabin features concierge services, dry cleaning and laundry facilities. WiFi in public areas is free. Additionally, tour/ticket assistance, a picnic area and a porter/bellboy are on-site. All 8 individually decorated cabins feature free WiFi and private fenced gardens. Guests can appreciate conveniences such as fridges and microwaves, and other amenities include rainfall showerheads and coffee/tea makers. Housekeeping is available on request.
Julia´s Cabanas offers 8 air-conditioned accommodations with coffee/tea makers and free toiletries. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Fridges and microwaves are provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s Cabanas! We were in a two bedroom, second floor unit and it was spacious and very clean with a wonderful view of the palm trees looking over the ocean. It was so nice to have our own hammock and balcony and being so close to the ocean was wonderful! It was a great location with friendly staff and I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay, right on the spotless beach, under well maintained coconut trees, but not if you look forward to quiet nights : the bar next door will keep you awake a good part of the night!

What a cozy and well-located room in Placencia. Our cabana was right on the beach. The busy and fun bar next door had music playing till midnight, but for us, that was great -- just made it more like beach living. The rooms are in great condition and the staff is wonderful. Santiago keeps the beach and room area in perfect shape and is very attentive. We felt at home, and we could walk the Placencia sidewalk for coffee, breakfast, and night life at all times. There is a public parking lot very close, so we parked our rental. Cannot wait to come back!

Prime ocean front! Beautiful location, Shelly, Santiago and staff were all great! Shelly got us a trip to Moho Caye and we had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not it. If you are looking for local culture, wonderful people and location then you will have a wonderful time. The bar next door was noisy, which we knew and were warned about but we didn’t mind. We would go back!

The room was clean and spotless. The amenities were basic but felt like we didn’t need anything so worked out. Next to Barefoot bar. Not as noisy as we thought thou. Right on beach. Little walk down the yard and walk through gate and onto beach. Clean beach. Raked daily. Cons The soap dispenser in shower was out so we went out and bought one which was fine in the end. The shower head needs to be replaced as well as there was sharp edges on the drain. Needs new pillows. These were flat. Overall great stay for 4 days.

Poor WiFi reliability. AC was adequate. Roof leaked. Staff tried to be helpful but be cautious of tours they set up. One was great snorkeling with Rudy's adventures. One was not a reputable tour.
