Ude stuff, incorrect information about the hotel

There was some incorect information about the hotel services. It says that the restaurants in the hotel are open but actually they were closed. The manager was very rude when I came to complain.

The location was amazing. The staff was friendly and professiinal. The all inclusive food and drinks were very good and helpful with a picky 3yo toddler. It would be nice for the hotel to provide more parking, it was paid, but at $4 per day it was not too bad

Fantastic hotel for families. The staff were amazing, especially the animation staff. Room was lovely, comfy beds. Everything was very clean and well looked after. Food was mostly good, not great but plentiful with lots of choice. Great location.

Overall a very good hotel just a few little teething problems with this being a new property eg elevators on block 2 not working quite right unlevel with the floor you get out at (trip hazard) house keeping on 8 floor need training to get to riu standards(eg hover floors dead wasp behind curtain for are week stay very poor bed making skills )overhall very pleasent stay
