We had a wonderful stay at Soul Apartments. The staff was very kind and helpfull. We got a nice upgrade when we asked for a better view from the balcony. The rooms very spacious and modern. The property is very clean. Nice neigbourhood and close to restaurants and supermarket . A special thanks to Diego at the front office who went the extra mile for us whenever needed.

Furnished apartment hotel. Comfortable apartment with a good bed, average sized bedroom, bathrooms (1.5 baths), living room, and kitchen. Small balcony. Friendly, helpful staff. Small, take out or eat on patio, healthful food cafe in lobby. Lobby also has free water and coffee. Free amenties in apartment include 2 small water bottles and 2 cans of beer. Apartment has a washer dryer combined unit, cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap and sponge. Decent number o fcooking supplies, pots, utensils, dishware and glassware. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi along with small gym and game room, and a cold bath and hot sauna. Nearby 8 minute walk to a small, outdoor shopping plaza that has an ATM and various restaurants and a supermarket. Not far from the Provenza neighborhood. Safe area.

My stay at the hotel was excellent from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The facilities were spotless, modern, and well maintained, which made my visit very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed to rest after a day exploring the city. The view and the quiet atmosphere were an added bonus. I also want to highlight the breakfast, which was very complete and offered a variety of fresh, local options. The hotel’s location is perfect: safe, central, and with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and several of Medellín’s main attractions. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

I stayed for 5 days and i had a wonderful experience. The room was updated, clean and confortable. The staff was friendly and proffesional. I asked for garbage bads and they came in within minutes. I asked for an extra blanket and towels and those where also delivered almost immediately. At one point I had trouble ordering food fro delivery and the front desk staff whent above and beyond to help me gwt what I needed even though this was not part of their job description. I felt at home. My family and i where treated with respect and where well taken care of. Thank you. I would return to Soul Liefesyle Apartments.
