Por empezar, para hacer check in adelantado, tenía que avisar 24h antes, y me enviaron esa información el mismo día. Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. El personal educado, y la limpieza bastante bien! Nos gustaría poner una reclamación.

Horrible !!!

Horrible !!! pas de chauffage salle de bain état de l’appartement délabré impossible de dormir la nuit on a eu froid et très bruyant ne conviens pas du tous pour 4 personne tous es vieux délabré !!’ Première et Dernière fois location chez eux !!! Ne correspond pas du tout au photos A éviter absolument !!!
