The host was wonderful to communicate with and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Located right in the city center, the apartment offers immediate access to everything one might need—shops, banks, restaurants, and other amenities are all just a few steps or minutes away. The apartments were very nice and there were some useful supplies, including tea and coffee and laundry detergent. The rooms I booked were listed as if they were equivalent, but one had air conditioning and one did not. Fortunately, the weather cooled off in the evening and we were all comfortable with the windows open. The stairs we had to climb were much narrower than the ones featured in the listing, but we managed. Overall, it was a great stay, but I wanted to mention those things in case it is important to other travelers.

Good hotel

It was a very affordable and good for a short stay. We (couple) booked a unit for just one night and just right for our needs. Only comment is it has a full bed which is a bit small for 2 person. It has a small kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, washer/dryer coffee/tea.

Well organized and recommendable. Close to city centre and Jasna Gora . Traffic noise from nearby street but this is traded off by various shopping options on this main street. No elevator in case you need one.

I traveled with my 83 year old. She was upset that no one was here to receive upon arrival. Luckily we had a phenomenal driver from another organization. He figured out everything—entrance code and even carried luggage up 3 flights of stairs. This would have been physically impossible for mom to do. Al and all, staff very nice and apologetic.

We are truly shocked how dirty is in the apartment. There is mould over the shower. Spots all over the table cloth. Sofa is disgusting, covered with white spots all over sitting part and cushions, it's terrible. Dishes in the cupboard have marks on them and crumbles, tea cups with white bits inside. Chopping board is worn down and buckled but the most disgusting is that it stinks.

Tudo estava ótimo e a anfitriã foi muito prestativa, inclusive estava nos aguardando para facilitar a nossa entrada na acomodação. O apartamento é excelente e tem tudo que o hóspede necessita para uma excelente estadia. A localização também é muito boa. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o colchão que está precisando ser substituído.
