Great location and staff was super friendly. The bad part was there was only a small air conditioner for the whole bungalow. The room was hot.

Terrible place. The photos are misleading. Beach closes at 7pm as does access to and food or drink. Neither of these are noted when you book. Walk to the nearest dining place is 40 minutes on unsafe and unlit roads - think again before booking
Beautiful property- close to Palermo (25 mins) but quiet and comfortable. Next to the beach and with a heated pool! Especially if you don’t like the sand- no sand only rocks! Easy access to the water with multiple ladders (they take out the big ladder when the life guard leave but there many others that stayed) Love it! Life guard and sun-bed with umbrellas.

A hidden gem
From the outside it looks quite plain. But once inside, it is a beautiful seaside resort. There is a huge pool with sun decks by the pool and the seashore. There is no beach, but easy access to swim in the crystal clear water. The room is spacious. The only complaint is that the bed is not very comfortable. For breakfast, there s a very nice selection of things to eat, heavy on the pastries. I would stay here again!

The location and views are very pretty, size of rooms are great! We came before June 1st and nothing was open- no bar, lunch or dinner. they were hammering and sawing all day long and none of the property amenities were available except the pool- which was only open til 5pm and we had to pay for beach towels.

Great place for a sea vacation, with it’s private platform for sea access and sunbeds. 20 mins walking distance to Mondello beach and an hour by public transport to Palermo.
We only had one problem during our stay. The electricity of the entire facility went out on our last night, right after midnight, and there was no electricity or hot water until 07:30. Since we could not charge our devices before check out, we asked for a late check out and they gave us an additional hour. Nevertheless, overall experience was good.

So bad
The communication from the reception was one of the most worst experiences I ever had. No service at all, I don’t even know what to write, so bad!
In the night you can also find naked drunk men yelling at you. The hotel couldn’t care less.
Couldn’t believe we have been rejected to stay in hotel area for couple hours, after check out 10am receptionists ask us to leave, or pay to stay couple hours.

Great location and view to the sea. Facilities were still in construction but overall excellent customer service and breakfast. Rooms were clean and big. Amazing pool next to the beach. The only thing that I would improve is the bar. They need to have something close to the pool were customers can relax and get service right there. Other than that will come back.
Should work on the property, very old, not like the pictures on the web, pool was closed, not informed, bathrooms dirty and super old

Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time

Around a rough area but the propert itself was great and when you were in it you wouldn’t suspect. Expensive shop across the way but coffee shop was good . Love that the resort provided bikes so most days we would ride into Mondello beach for the beach , atmosphere and shops (get your groceries here if you need any) . We used the tennis court , pool area and the ocean front and it was all great. Balcony in the bungalow was also a highlight as it was nice for privacy when we wanted some sun. Bungalow had a proper kitchen which was amazing as we like to cook for ourselves on occasion. NO BASIC ESSENTIALS so had to buy a lot of basics like things to wash up dishes . Had breakfast included each day which was very handy and pretty decent .

Very nice holiday
After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay.
We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat.
This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot.
Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary. (Can be bought at reception)
Beach is rocky which we actually liked. There is a sandy beach 15 min walk but it is very busy.
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices.
Reception staff very nice with excellent English.
There is a restaurant in the complex. we only tried pizza there which was nice.
Free parking and possibility to use tennis courts without extra charge.

A resort where hotel guests are in the way
We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay:
+Beach was awesome! Diving and snorkeling was absolutely awesome.
+ Very alert lifeguards that kept an eye on us.
+ Decent sized pool.
+ Daily cleaning of the bungalow.
+ Clean.
+ Very professional driver service.
- Access to the pool and beach area is closed at 19. Which includes the entire beach.
- Restaurant was fully booked but not by hotel guests
- Then it was closed on Monday?
- Check out at 10 (am) and you aren't allowed on the premises after check out.
- Bathing caps required for the pool? I've travelled quite a bit but this was a first. Also no fins allowed in pool
- Not many of the staff spoke or understood English.
- Unhelpful front desk. Twice we asked where to buy water and they referred to a minimarket across the street. Never did he say that they actually had a small cafeteria that was slightly hidden away where we could buy water?!
- After five days there we still don't know if it was ok to flush toilet paper or not, as there is a sign you aren't supposed?
- View from the bungalow porch was right into a black steel wall.
- On the other side of the wall was a very noisy restaurant that played music until 2 am every night. Can't blame the hotel for this but something to be aware of.
Overall it felt like we were staying at a beach resort that mainly focused on local visitors purchasing day passes and they had a hotel as a side income.
