Endroit très calme

Nous avons réservé une chambre d'hôte à Pombal et nous avons cherché cette résidence qui n'était pas située à pombal même mais sur la concelho de Pombal à Foz ....x kms de pombal : à préciser dans l'annonce car nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver la maison d'hôte :( De plus, personne pour vous accueillir. seulement une boîte à clé, avec la clé de votre chambre dans une pochette et aucune explication (concernant la réservation, les Restaurants de proximité...) Pas cool comme arrivée. Il aurait fallu préciser que c'était une chambre d'hôtes sans hôte et heureusement que nous sommes arrivés en plein jour ! Nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux lits séparés, et nous avons eu "l'agréable surprise" de découvrir qu'il fallait monter un escalier étroit pour dormir dans un minuscule endroit sans fenêtre. Rien à voir avec notre réservation !! Heureusement qu'il y avait la clim.Vu que l'endroit était plus exigu que la salle de bains, pas de place pour un bureau et une chaise dans la chambre, nous avons cru dormir au grenier bien que l'endroit était cosy et propre. Quant à la pièce commune avec tv sans canapé dédiée aux 5 chambres, elle était surveillée par caméra. Endroit très calme pour passer une nuit , bonne réception wifi et parking devant la maison.

Arrivée compliquée : un message a été envoyé 24h avant pour connaître les modalités, resté sans réponse. (Suite autres commentaires) Personne n'est sur place. Les clés sont dans une boite à code, tout doit se faire en portugais par téléphone. Tout est neuf, rien à redire. Il faut aussi tout prendre, pas de savon et surtout pas de papier toilette dans les WC de la chambre.

Établissement beau et propre. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel extrêmement souriant et agréable. À bien noter : proximité avec les chevaux, toilettes derrière une vitre fumée, pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur est mis à disposition. Nous avons passer une excellente nuit.
