Location is great inside comfort so-so

The location was perfect. Many good restaurants nearby the beach was very close. The view we had was great. The inside of the apartment had a few issues the washing machine was loud and didnt qork properly. The aor didnt cool down quickly amd also left a terrible staining on the wall. But for the price and the location it was worth it.

Great Location for several week stay

A reasonably good value for location space and apartment size. TV had poor clarity and some outlet/switches were not functional. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping was on request and then did a spotless job when used. Security for complex was excellent even during the New Year celebration that was a block away. This is my third stay with a Solemar apartment and will be my go to when in Fortaleza.

Well the place is clean and in a good location and has a washer. But, if you don’t mind that the oven and the freezer don’t work, then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the WiFi goes in and out all day and night then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the bathroom sinks are the size of an American football then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is hardly anything to cook with then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that this place will have no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, condiments, coffee maker, and all the things you need for an extended stay then you will love this place. If you like pillows, not pillowcases, that smell like dirty stinking sweat then you will love this place. If you like a couch that you can’t really sit or lie down on because all you can feel is the pieces of wood that is holding it together then you will love this place. So if all this is good for you then have a nice stay.

Not up to standard - roach infested

Had a three day stay at one of their apartment and the first impression of the place was quite good. Returning back the first evening there was a lot of ants and a few roaches on the kitchen counter. This made is check the apartment closer and it was quite clear the it have been superficial cleaned for a prolonged period of time. Kitchen was dirty around the edges, under the counter. A lot of dust and dirt under the sofa. Showers were dirty and glass stained. When closing the door while in shower it uncovered a list black with dirt and mold. We notified the company about this the next morning and they did some cleaning and probably also sprayed the place to minimize bugs. The next night we saw two-three roaches in the kitchen. The last evening there was again a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen. In a short time we killed about 15 in all sizes. We notified to company again, and they sad they would contact pest control and we heard nothing more. Our stay was quite unpleasant because of the bugs. It’s quite apparent that the place is infested due to poor cleaning over time and the amount of roaches. We received no apology for this inconvenience.

O apartamento parece bem maior nas fotos. Na verdade, a publicação não mostra qual apartamento exato que vamos ficar, então não dá pra saber o real tamanho. Ficamos em 2 quartos, porém um dos quartos acredito que seja adaptado pois só cabe a cama. Na sala não tem ar condicionado, como estávamos em 5, meus 3 filhos tiveram que dormir em uma só cama. Quando chegamos o ar condicionado de um dos quartos estava pingando. Como chegamos a noite, meus filhos dormiram no calor, no sofá cama. Cheguei a tentar entrar em contato logo, mas como estava tarde, não insistimos. Quanto à isso, resolveram no dia seguinte. Porém solicitamos mais um travesseiro (estávamos em 5 e só tinham 4 travesseiros) e não trouxeram. Mas o pior de tudo é que investimos em compras de mercado, pois pegamos o ap justamente para ter toda a comodidade de cozinha e poder realizar as refeições lá, mas não conseguimos fazer nenhuma refeição. O microondas não funciona. Inclusive saimos e compramos fósforo para usar o fogão e não adiantou, o forno não funciona. Não tinha nem frigideira para fritar ovo. Solicitamos e disseram que não estava disponível. Tentamos nos comunicar com o responsável sobre o microondas e fogão e ele nem nos respondeu. Achamos muito ruim. Eu e um dos meus filhos estamos com restrições alimentares e passamos mal porque tivemos que comer na rua. Nunca passei por isso em nenhuma outra hospedagem que publique que tem cozinha com todos os utensílios e na verdade não tem.

Foi uma estadia catastrófica desde a nossa chegada. A gente vindo de muito longe e receber um serviço desse foi muito decepcionante e principalmente humilhante. O pessoal é frio e incompetente, sem consideração e longe de ser acolhedor. Durante toda a nossa estadia a gente encontrou problema, e esses mesmos problemas se repetiram todo dia várias vezes, até no mesmo dia. Quando a gente ia perguntar o que estava acontecendo com toda educação, a gente era recebido como se fosse ladrão. A ponto de fazer as pessoas se sentirem culpadas por ir na recepção. Além disso, desde a nossa chegada no quarto, as lixeiras não estavam vazias e o frigobar não funcionava. Eu acho isso muito humilhante, muito incompetente, e é uma vergonha ser recebido assim sabendo que a gente veio de muito longe e reservou com antecedência. É muito chocante, ainda mais porque Fortaleza é uma cidade maravilhosa com um cenário idílico, e infelizmente com esse tipo de comportamento a visão acaba mudando.

Transtorno e constrangimento por falta de organização da administração da empresa SOLEMAR. Tive minha entrada bloqueada no meio do período da minha hospedagem. Fiz o cadastro tudo nos conformes do condomínio, ao voltar do evento que havia ido, fui barrado na portaria, porque a administradora não havia passado a quantidade de dias exato para o condomínio. O apartamento não tem smart tv, estrutura bem simples e atendimento péssimo tanto do whatsapp da empresa, quanto o atendimento do condomínio Beach Class. Pessima Experiência, não indico.

Dia 02/05 A Sol e Mar realizou contato via WhatsApp solicitando as informações do responsável pela reserva e dos hóspedes para adiantar o check-in. Enviei corretamente os dados de todos que iriam se hospedar. Ao chegar ao hotel, tivemos uma surpresa: constavam apenas 3 pessoas na reserva; o restante não estava registrado. Tentei contato diversas vezes, sem sucesso. Passei por um grande constrangimento, pois estávamos com muitas malas, o local estava cheio e as pessoas ao redor observando a situação. Após várias tentativas, responderam informando que havia reserva apenas para 3 pessoas, sendo que a reserva foi feita para 7 pessoas no site Hotéis.com, conforme comprovantes enviados via WhatsApp. Depois de conferirem o recibo, informaram que estava tudo certo; porém, a situação não foi regularizada. Em nenhum momento foram informados os apartamentos corretos, e tivemos que ficar todos em um único apartamento, que era o único que constava no sistema, no nome das minhas tias e do marido de uma delas. Como já estávamos com passeios programados e, para não perdê-los, permanecemos todos nesse mesmo apartamento, aguardando a regularização — o que não aconteceu. Ao retornarmos de um passeio, passamos por outro constrangimento: fomos barrados na recepção pela segurança do hotel, pois nossos nomes não constavam no sistema. Só fomos liberados após nova tentativa de regularização. Novamente tentei contato, porém sem agilidade no atendimento. Ficamos aguardando por um longo período.

Estrutura física e limpeza condizendo com anúncio, porém comunicação péssima com anfitrião. Tive um problema quanto a estacionamento do veículo, onde perdi quase 2h no check in, fiquei indo para vagas que já existiam outros veículos e a recepção teve que gerenciar para resolver pq a empresa responsável nem se quer respondeu mais as mensagens depois que expliquei o que havia acontecido. Fiquei no vácuo total de informações, esperando… e esse não foi a primeira vez que tive problemas com essa mesma empresa, na outra passamos todos os dias de hospedagem sem wifi, sem resolução e tbm pararam de responder quando fiquei questionando quanto a solução do problema. Mas acabei dando uma segunda chance e pasmem, comunicação não é o forte deles. Então ou contem com a sorte de não precisar falar com eles ou então fujam dessa empresa, PQ É UMA GRANDE CILADA!

Cheguei para fazer o check-in as 2 da tarde e terminei as 3... muita burocracia, tudo muito complicado. O apartamento compartilha a porta de entrada com outro apartamento, devido a uma ampliaçao fora do padrao do edificio. Layout e decoraçao feios. A televisao nao funcionava e na recepçao nos disseram que a gente tinha que pedir ajuda pelo whatsapp a "Solemar Beach Class" mas ninguem respondeu. Anfitriones ruin, nao os recomendo.
