Great property, close to everything a visitor needs, eateries, walks, shops (souvenirs, wine shop, massage, etc). Superb view to the west and unobstructed sunset view from the terrace. Above all, Marcos is a friendly and caring host.

The property location is excellent. Right in the centre of Oia and walking distance for the perfect sunset view of Oia windmills. The host is super friendly. Our flight landed in the morning and they accommodated an early check-in free of cost. It's a family-run business, so you get the feeling of being in a homestay, not a commercial hotel. And they are very flexible with breakfast timings. The only con would be that the A/C doesn't go below a set temperature, so the rooms will be hot if you are visiting in the peak summer.

The room was clean. Somewhat like a dormatory. Three beds, One queen and two twins. They were clean but firm. The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was ideal if you want to be very close to shopping and dining. The views from the walk through the shopping/dining area were magnificent. We rented a car as suggested. However parking was difficult due to tourism. If you plan to stay within the area then just get an Uber ride. And to visit what there is to see a tour is great and they pickup close by. NST had everything. Rental cars, tours and taxis. Santorini is a very small island. The popular destinations are few and can be seen in one to two days,
